We were very satisfied with the vacation apartment overall. Unfortunately, we could not use the indicated underground garage, as only vehicles with a height of up to 1.50m are allowed, which we did not know in advance. So we had to look for a parking garage, which cost us an additional 50.00 €. We did not find that acceptable. The underground garage was included in the total price in the offer.

The holiday apartment is lovingly designed. For a short period, it is completely sufficient in a good location. The kitchenette is very small and without an oven. Therefore, I deducted points for that. Otherwise, everything is clean and tidy.

We stayed in this very well-equipped apartment for 2 weeks. We, that is 2 adults and 2 children, found enough space. The location is central and the beach is easily accessible via the shopping street. The complex is very well-maintained and quiet. The only downside is the underground garage. Only "small" cars fit in there. However, this was not a problem; those who rent the apartment for more than 7 days are provided with a free parking space at Edeka. Distance is just a few minutes' walk. All in all, it was a great vacation, a beautiful place, and a friendly rental company.

Very clean, nicely and friendly furnished, there are even hygiene covers for the mattresses and the welcome package for small kitchen utensils is also great. The only downside is the parking situation. The small parking garage is indeed very tight, and it is also okay to be informed about this in advance. But during our stay, the parking garage was completely empty, despite the presence of guests. Perhaps one could minimize the number of parking spaces and make them a bit larger to allow a few guests to park, rather than having them unused and empty. But as I said, everything else is great.

In this optimally cut apartment, we felt comfortable. The quiet location at the beginning of the beach road is great. On one hand, just a few meters to the city forest and on the other hand, not far to the beach. And as our grandson would say, only 83 steps to the bakery ;-) We would love to come back.

Thank you very much, we had a great vacation with our granddaughter, the vacation apartment was very good, and the location in the 3rd row was good, it was nice and quiet but not isolated. The place Kühlungsborn was, in our opinion, very GREAT, especially the many playgrounds were amazing, regarding the play equipment and also the cleanliness. This applies to everything else as well. The apartment pleased us very much. We did not like at all that there was no proper parking space for cars, as the underground garage only accommodates cars up to a maximum height of 150 cm. However, most cars are taller. A solution must be found. It is simply not acceptable that one has to drive/walk to the parking garage at Edeka. We were fortunate that we were offered to park in a nearby side street in the parking space of an apartment that is currently unoccupied.

Well-distributed apartment and quiet location, as the apartment is located at the back of the complex. Short walk to the beach, about 500m through the main shopping area. Wi-Fi in the main house is very poor, but you are on vacation. The only complaint was the somewhat dirty pots and pans left by the previous tenants. The missing can opener was reported. All in all, a nice apartment where you can spend your vacation wonderfully.

The parking situation for this property is a disaster. To load and unload, we need three attempts just to get onto the property, as there was no space to park the car. When a car is in the small parking niche, it blocks the exit from the underground garage, which you can't even use with an SUV.

The vacation apartment was very clean and equipped with everything one needs. Great kitchen with very nice dishes and pots, as well as everything necessary. The beds were also very clean and one could sleep well in them. There were also cleaning supplies in case something was needed. The apartment was not noisy either. Additionally, the small terrace was nicely separated, so one could sit there comfortably.

Nearby shops and restaurants are easily accessible. The only drawback is loading and unloading upon arrival/departure. If 2 cars leave and another car wants to enter the underground garage, unfortunately, it creates chaos. Therefore, 1 star deduction.

The furnishings of the holiday apartment are very good. It is also pleasant that the terrace has no opposite neighbor and one is undisturbed. Otherwise, due to the close construction, the unwanted view into the opposite apartments takes some getting used to. The distance to the beach is about 15-20 minutes on foot, which is still manageable. However, the distance has the advantage that one has peace from the hustle and bustle of the promenade.

The apartment is very conveniently located near the center and not far from the pier. Unfortunately, the restriction of a maximum access height of 1.50 m in the parking garage limits things a bit. The second bedroom for kids has a bunk bed... so it is really only suitable for children. Otherwise, there wasn't really anything to complain about...
