With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this allergy-friendly (the floors are tiled or covered with cork), wheelchair-accessible holiday home is equipped for an occupancy of up to six people and a baby.

The doors on the ground floor are 82cm wide.

A lockable garden shed is available.

2 car parking spaces directly at the house.

Comfortable, open-plan living and dining room with colour TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player and a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, etc.. Stepless access to the approx. 20m² view-protected terrace with seating with cushions, sun loungers and garden with lawn.

Bedroom with two single beds, one of which is equipped with an electrically adjustable nursing bed insert.

The holiday home is located in the modern holiday home development behind the dyke at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The beach and harbour as well as the Sturmfrei leisure centre with sauna and wellness centre are within easy walking distance.

Neß mersiel is also known as the Mecca of mudflat hikers and is a state-recognised coastal bathing resort belonging to the Do rnum dominion. Here you can still find peace and relaxation away from the usual tourist hustle and bustle.

There is an approx. 25,000 m² bathing beach with beach chairs and playground equipment.
