This unique holiday home is a gem! The houseboat is cozy and modern, with large windows that let in a lot of light. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids, and we appreciated the high chair and the baby crib that were provided. Moreover, the nearby Pavilion Sneekermeer was an excellent place for outdoor meals.

Fantastic experience! The spacious rooftop terrace was the highlight for us—perfect for evening drinks while we looked at the water. The hosts were very welcoming and made sure we had what we needed. It was a bit far from attractions like the Fries Museum, but it was worth it for the peace.

Waking up to the sunrise over the Sneekermeer while sipping my morning Nespresso on the roof terrace was simply magical, The garden was perfect for family barbecues in the evening, and the kids loved splashing in the water, The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze, A cozy and unique stay that I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful vacation, The surroundings are breathtaking, and the houseboat is beautifully decorated, For cyclists, there are plenty of bike paths, The bakery is just 2 minutes by bike, The rolls were fresh and incredibly tasty every day, We can say that there are many cute small and medium-sized towns to discover in this region, We returned home relaxed and will definitely come back, Heartfelt thanks to the family that rents out their houseboat,
