The open kitchen with ceramic hob is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
Each floor has its own entrance.

Included in the price: final cleaning, towels, bed linen and Wi-Fi.

Check-out time 09:30 - 11:00h
Please note that on Sunday, holidays and at night outside our regular check-in and check-out hours, a fee of 60€ to 70€ will be charged.
Arrivals after 22:00h or departures before 07:00h with a night rate of 100.-€
Each pet costs an additional 35 euros (verify availability). It is a single payment for cleaning. Pets up to 10 kg. Dangerous dog breeds are not allowed.
Electricity consumption is included in the price (20KW/day). Additional energy consumption will be reimbursed at 0.45€/KW.
A deposit of €600.00 must be made upon arrival and will be returned a week later by credit card or bank transfer.
