Description
Our vacation house is located in south orientation directly on the beach of Grazel and the car-free palm promenade, in front of which you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Relax and enjoy the sunny terrace from which you can go through the garden gate directly to the bathing stand. Furthermore, you have your own parking space in the closed vacation complex, which is secured by an electric gate. The vacation home is suitable for up to 6 people. On the first floor is the open living and dining area with an open adjoining kitchen and a separate guest toilet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, large built-in wardrobe and a balcony with sea view. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and also offers the sea view. The third and last bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed for 2 persons, desk and a large built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is furnished with a shower, large sink with mirrored hanging cabinet, which provides ample storage space. Another toilet is located in the bathroom. In the adjoining garage is a modern washing machine and garden furniture ready for use, as well as ample space, for example, to park your own bicycles or inflatable boat.

Wonderful vacation
The Maison des Fleurs is simply enchanting! You are warmly welcomed by the caretaker and receive all the useful information. The house is well-equipped and offers ample space. There is also space on the terrace, which is well-protected and provides privacy. The kitchen is large and equipped with all comforts. The view from the small balcony of the bedroom overlooking the water and the sunrise was fantastic every day! It's a shame we had to leave again. ?

Beach and bathing holiday
The vacation home is the ideal accommodation for a lovely holiday by the sea in the south of France. Everything needed is available. The beach is practically at the doorstep. The apartment has recently been renovated and remodeled. The furnishings are very tasteful and functional. The terrace, with its many plants, is idyllically designed, and you feel very comfortable there. Overall, it’s a successful vacation.

Great vacation spot!
Beautiful holiday home right on the beach. The promenade is very well maintained and is perfect for walking the dog. The house itself is furnished in a very modern way and is technically up-to-date. Nothing was missing in the house and it was super clean. The owner and the manager are very nice and very helpful. We can only recommend this house. Anytime again. Beautiful holiday home
Perfect location directly on the beach (only separated by a promenade), very clean. Very nice and reliable contact with the property manager on-site as well as with the landlord. 5 stars!
