The extensively renovated and newly furnished holiday semi-detached house "Glücksstück" has been available to our guests since March 2021. It is located on the edge of a quietly situated holiday home settlement, in which further holiday homes are currently being built due to the increasing popularity, and has a garden with lawn (not fenced), terrace facing south and undisturbed view of the meadows and mountains of the plateau.

Sufficient parking spaces are available for our guests a few metres away from the house, in the outdoor area of the holiday home complex.

When furnishing our houses, we attach great importance to a harmonious, coordinated design and give each house, furnished according to an individual theme, its own personal touch. We want you to feel completely at home in our houses, which is why a successful interior with many details and comfortable furnishings is very important to us - we are sure that you will be delighted with our "piece of luck".

On the ground floor, a generously designed living and dining area with comfortable seating and a large dining table with space for the whole family awaits you (a high chair for the little ones is also available).

Adjacent to the living area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen that allows you to comfortably self-cater during your stay (cooker with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave as well as a wide selection of crockery, cutlery, cooking and kitchen utensils).

From the living and dining area you can access the partially covered terrace, which is equipped with a barbecue and comfortable outdoor seating and invites you to relax and unwind. From here you can enjoy the view of the garden and the surrounding meadows and mountains.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable 180x200 cm bed, bedside tables and a spacious built-in wardrobe. One of the two rooms also has a flat-screen TV with wall mount as well as an additional sofa bed that can be extended to a size of 140x200 cm, creating 2 more comfortable sleeping options. A travel cot with mattress is also available for the little ones.

There is a bathroom on both the ground floor and the first floor to allow the whole family to enjoy stress-free morning and evening hygiene without having to queue for a long time.

- Final cleaning

On request, we also provide our guests with bed linen, towels and tea towels (15€ linen package per person/stay).

In the middle of the beautiful Oberharz, this modern and comfortably equipped holiday home is situated in a sunny south-west location in the middle of the well-kept "Auerhahn" holiday home complex on the edge of the climatic health resort of Hasselfelde

Situated on a high plateau approx. 500 metres above sea level - surrounded by mountain meadows, water and forests - Hasselfelde is the ideal starting point for hikes and excursions to all regions of the Harz, both in summer and winter. Around 120 km of signposted hiking trails into unspoilt nature offer a wealth of experiences

All sights and excursion destinations can be reached from here in no time at all - including the Brocken, numerous reservoirs and dams as well as the wildly romantic Bode Valley with the Roßtrappe and Hexentanzplatz. The historic Harz towns of Wernigerode, Quedlinburg, Braunlage and Stollberg with their dreamy old town centres or the nearby western town "Pullman City" with lots of action, shows, saloons and the best gastronomy are always worth a trip.
