Description
The newly built holiday semi-detached house "Goldstück" has been available to our guests since January 2020. It is located in a quietly situated holiday home settlement. It has a south-facing terrace with a view of the garden. Larger groups or families can also rent the neighbouring holiday home "Glanzstück".
When furnishing our houses, we attach great importance to a harmonious, coordinated design and give each house, furnished according to an individual theme, its own personal touch. We want you to feel completely at home in our houses, which is why a successful interior with many details and comfortable furnishings is very important to us - we are sure that our house "Goldstück" will inspire you.
On the ground floor, a generously designed living and dining area awaits you with comfortable couch seating, a large dining table with room for the whole family, as well as a cosy fireplace that transforms the entire living area into a comfortably warm place.
Adjacent to the living area you will find a fully equipped kitchen with counter area, which allows you to comfortably self-cater during your stay (cooker with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave as well as a wide selection of crockery, cutlery, cooking and kitchen utensils)
From the living and dining area you look out into the garden and from here you can also access the partially covered terrace, which is equipped with comfortable barbecue trolleys and outdoor seating furniture and invites you to relax and unwind.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable 180x200 cm bed, bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. The larger of the two rooms also has a flat screen TV with wall mount an additional sofa bed that can be extended to a size of 140x200 cm, creating 2 more comfortable sleeping options
Both the ground floor and the first floor each have a bathroom with an integrated shower (the first floor has a rain shower function) to allow the whole family to enjoy stress-free morning and evening hygiene without having to queue for long periods of time. In addition, the bathroom on the upper floor has an integrated washing machine, which also makes longer stays in the holiday home possible.
All rooms are also equipped with electric external roller shutters.

In the middle of the beautiful Oberharz, this modern and comfortably equipped holiday home is situated in a sunny south-west location in the middle of the well-kept "Auerhahn" holiday home complex on the edge of the climatic health resort of Hasselfelde
Situated on a high plateau approx. 500 metres above sea level - surrounded by mountain meadows, water and forests - Hasselfelde is the ideal starting point for hikes and excursions to all regions of the Harz, both in summer and winter. Around 120 km of signposted hiking trails into unspoilt nature offer a wealth of experiences
All sights and excursion destinations can be reached from here in no time at all - including the Brocken, numerous reservoirs and dams as well as the wildly romantic Bode Valley with the Roßtrappe and Hexentanzplatz. The historic Harz towns of Wernigerode, Quedlinburg, Braunlage and Stollberg with their dreamy old town centres or the nearby western town "Pullman City" with lots of action, shows, saloons and the best gastronomy are always worth a trip.

Simply a gem!
The Goldstück is an all-around place to feel at home and relax! The loving, detailed furnishings, the spacious living space, the fully equipped kitchen, and the upper floor with two bedrooms, super comfortable mattresses, and the modern bathroom made it easy for us to feel right at home.
Everything has been thought of here, everything is perfectly clean, and it is quiet.
If you are looking for relaxation, nature, and coziness, this is the place to be!
We will definitely come back!

Great holiday home
Great semi-detached house. Very lovingly and modernly furnished. We didn't miss anything during the week. The flat was very clean when we arrived.
The communication with the landlord was without complications, even if we had problems we were helped quickly and easily.
