Our apartment is built brand new and is located in the middle of greenery just a few minutes walk from the center.

Relax in your own little garden and just let your soul dangle there.

In our lovingly, modern traditionally furnished vacation apartment, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (incl. satellite TV) with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle awaits you.

The apartment offers space for 5 persons. Divided into a double room and a three-bed room. Each of the rooms has its own satellite TV.

Furthermore, a modern bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and towel dryer, a separate toilet, ski boot dryer and storage for skis awaits you.

Of course we provide bed linen and towels!

No matter what time of year it is, there is always something going on in the Zillertal and you certainly won't get bored. There are numerous activities for young and old.

Whether skiing, snowboarding, touring, sledding, snowshoeing, or cross-country skiing - in winter the Zillertal is a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts.

The bus stop for the ski bus is 200 meters away.
Grocery stores and bakeries are also within easy walking distance.

We offer probably the best ski resorts in all of Austria

In summer, just as in winter, there are almost unlimited possibilities. Biking and hiking tours can be started directly from the apartment. Tennis courts, children's playgrounds, outdoor pools, lakes and volleyball courts can be reached in a few minutes. Just ask us!

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

The accommodation is directly adjacent to the cross-country ski trail.

The golf course is also in the immediate vicinity.

The Erlebnistherme Fügen 5 minutes drive away . There are several children's playgrounds in the village
