The quietly situated NON-SMOKING holiday flat is located off the main road near the forest. Windows and balcony doors are equipped with fly screens. Since summer 2017, the holiday flat has been equipped with Wi-Fi
Memmelsdorf is located on the B22, approx. 7 km east of Bamberg and, together with two neighbouring communities, advertises itself as "Franconian Tuscany"
The district of Drosendorf has approx. 1,400 inhabitants and is connected to the Bamberg city bus network and the VGN public transport system; the nearest bus stop is approx. 250 m away. In the village you will find a bakery, several doctors and a pharmacy (Medical Centre Memmelsdorf), a Catholic church, a brewery inn with beer garden, children's playgrounds and football fields. Two shopping markets are about 1 km away.
Seehof Castle, the former summer residence and hunting lodge of the Bamberg prince bishops, with its castle park and cascades is about 2.5 km away; Bamberg is about 7 km away.
