Layout: Large living room with oak floor and electric fireplace. Modern fitted kitchen with appliances, washer and dryer. Three bedrooms: One bedroom with two beds and sink, One bedroom with bunk bed and sink, and one bedroom with two single beds. A new bathroom with bathtub.Also available: Storage, garden furniture, high chair, Digital TV with 8 German TV channels, Internet and WLAN, During the beach season (May-September) you have access to a private beach cottage (Mei-Mid-September). Pets allowed, but only after consultation with the landlord. We do not rent a week or weekends, only a full week.

Philene is located at the foot of the dune, only 5 minutes walk from the beach. Philene is located in Breezand 1 bungalow park, a unique and spacious landscaped park with plenty of space and green areas.

| Final cleaning is not included in the price. The cleaning fee is €75 + €25 surcharge in case of pets. You can leave the money for cleaning (cash) in the house when you leave. Tourist tax at € 2.42 per person per night must be paid to us prior to your stay. Pets only in consultation with the landlord, maximum 2 dogs or cats. Duvets, pillows and flannel blankets are provided. You must bring your own duvet covers, fitted sheets, pillowcases and towels. |

Again and again, gladly!!!
We, partly with 3 teenagers and a dog, have been regular guests in the small bungalow for years. For us, the rooms and the furnishings, as well as especially the location, are perfect!
The contact is very friendly, reliable, and always very quick!
We enjoy being at the beach. There are great and well-equipped beach restaurants in every direction. Shopping and dining can also be done in the nearby area. However, one can also cook very well in the house. Everything is available. We are happy to come back anytime!

Second Home Philene
That was our 3rd vacation in Vrouwenpolder in the Philene.
Everything fits here:
The furnishings, the direct, park-like surroundings, the beach just a few minutes away, shopping opportunities, beautiful excursions like Goes, Middelburg, Westkapelle, Veere, and also Bruges.
And the great restaurants in Vrouwenpolder and in the other places.
We and our dog felt completely comfortable and were able to relax again.
We would love to come back, also because of the very friendly owners.

Beautiful holiday home in prime location
We spent a nice short vacation at the holiday home Philene with 2 adults, 2 children, and a dog.
The house is located in the holiday resort Breezand 1 directly behind the dunes. You are at the wide sandy beach in 5 minutes.
The location is ideal for a beach holiday.
We lacked nothing in the house. Certainly, the house is a bit older and not top modern furnished.
But everything you need is there. It is clean and neatly furnished. The room layout also suited us very well. We would gladly come back.

Vielen Dank für Ihre schöne Bewertung. Sie sind natürlich willkommen, wieder zu kommen. Es ist in der Tat ein etwas veraltetes Ferienhaus. Es wurde 1951 gebaut und ist damit eines der ältesten Ferienhäuser in Vrouwenpolder. Mein Großvater sah voraus, dass es ein attraktiver Ort werden würde und ließ das Haus bauen. Seitdem wurde es mehrmals umgebaut und renoviert. Aber es ist immer noch im Besitz unserer Familie.

Vacation in Philene
For 15 years, we have been coming to Philene with 3 adults. We liked the location immediately. The bungalow park is very nicely laid out, pure nature, between hedges and trees with respectful distance to the neighbors. With a bit of luck, you can observe deer in the mornings or evenings. The house is very cozy and well equipped. Adjacent is a small shed where you can also store 2 bicycles. The very wide beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The water depth is also okay for children. In the summer months, there is also a private lockable beach hut with deck chairs where you can store things until the next beach day. Supermarket 1 km away. We are already looking forward to next year.

Beautiful little house near the sea

We have been the proud owners of Philene since the cottage was built in 1953. We come there ourselves several times a year and still enjoy it every time. The tranquility, greenery and space around the house are unique. We have decorated the house according to our own taste and equipped it with all comforts, so it does not look and feel like a standard vacation home.
