Description
Layout: Large living room with oak floor and electric fireplace. Modern fitted kitchen with appliances, washer and dryer. Three bedrooms: One bedroom with two beds and sink, One bedroom with bunk bed and sink, and one bedroom with two single beds. A new bathroom with bathtub.Also available: Storage, garden furniture, high chair, Digital TV with 8 German TV channels, Internet and WLAN, During the beach season (May-September) you have access to a private beach cottage (Mei-Mid-September). Pets allowed, but only after consultation with the landlord. We do not rent a week or weekends, only a full week.

Philene is located at the foot of the dune, only 5 minutes walk from the beach. Philene is located in Breezand 1 bungalow park, a unique and spacious landscaped park with plenty of space and green areas.

additional information about rental price:
| Final cleaning is not included in the price. The cleaning fee is €60 + €20 surcharge in case of pets. You can leave the money for cleaning (cash) in the house when you leave. Tourist tax at € 2.10 per person per night must be paid to us prior to your stay. Pets only in consultation with the landlord, maximum 2 dogs or cats. Duvets, pillows and flannel blankets are provided. You must bring your own duvet covers, fitted sheets, pillowcases and towels. |
Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 30 days before the day of arrival.
- Bij annuleren tussen 30 en 14 dagen voor aanvang ontvangt de huurder 50% van de huursom retour. Bij annulering binnen 14 dagen voor aanvang blijft huurder de volledige reissom verschuldigd. De verhuurder zal de huurperiode opnieuw te huur zetten. Als de woning opnieuw wordt verhuurd, zal de huur die van die ander ontvangen is met de huurder worden verrekend.

We do not rent midweek or weekends, but only whole weeks. The day of changeover is Saturday.
Additional costs: 60 € for final cleaning + € 20 with pets, to be left in the house at your departure. Tourist tax 2,10 € per person per night, to be paid by bank transfer before the beginning of the stay.

Awesome holiday home
The vacation home has everything it needs to have a great vacation - very good location to the beach, size, amenities, functionality. Everything has been thought of and everything is available.

Family vacation with dog
We spent a week with our child and dog in the holiday home Philine. The house was very well equipped with everything you need in everyday life. The washing machine and dryer were great, especially with a child. The mattresses in the rooms were very soft, which unfortunately caused us some back pain after a few days. And unfortunately, the dishwasher wasn't that great, we often had dirty dishes in it. Other than that, the house was very clean. We gladly recommend the accommodation to families with children/dogs, as the location near the beach was very nice. If you want to enjoy time with your family and get away from the hustle and bustle, this accommodation is perfect. For couples and people who like to see and explore a lot, Vrouwdenpolder is not the right place, as there is not much to offer in the surrounding area even after driving for a while. However, we would gladly come back for a relaxing holiday.

The tranquility, greenery and space around the house are unique. We have decorated the house according to our own taste and equipped it with all comforts, so it does not look and feel like a standard vacation home.
