Just a 10-minute walk from the sea or a short 10-minute car ride to the most beautiful beaches of Istria, it is the ideal retreat away from tourist hustle and bustle.
The house is available for your exclusive use. Thanks to the complete fencing, you can enjoy undisturbed privacy, freedom, and the beauty of the garden to the fullest.
For optimal relaxation, the single-story holiday home offers thoughtful amenities; Four bedrooms are available to you, two with cozy double beds, one with two single beds, and a small children's room with a bunk bed. The space is complemented by two bathrooms with showers and toilets, a spacious living room with an integrated dining area, and a small separate and well-equipped kitchen.
The large terrace is inviting and offers a wonderful view of the extensive garden with many Mediterranean trees, olives, figs, tangerines, rosemary bushes, palms... There, a pool awaits you, along with a romantic pavilion and a pavilion with a traditional stone barbecue chimney. Additional generous seating options, sun loungers, and hammocks in sunny or shaded spots under the trees are also available. For your entertainment, there is a ping pong table, trampoline, sandbox for children, board games, and much more.
