Holiday home only 80 metres from Lake Balaton! At the end of the road there is a footbridge to the water. You can reach it very well and comfortably on foot. You are not supposed to bring a lot of stuff...just a cloth if you want to splash one in the water wink The house has a spacious, comfortable, well-equipped kitchen with elegant period furniture. There is also a living-dining room with internet access and a bathroom with bath on the ground floor. The two bedrooms are upstairs with double beds. A large, beautiful, cosy covered terrace with quality garden furniture and barbecue facilities lets you enjoy all the pleasures of summer in this cosy holiday home. The back of the house belongs to the owner. It is totally separate, unfenced with completely separate entrance from the neighbouring property. Sometimes they spend a few nights here for cleaning. They do not disturb at all. Nice yard and surroundings and a parking place for the car. Come and enjoy the proximity of Lake Balaton and at the same time the comfort of a beautiful holiday home!
