Holiday home with a spacious terrace area near a beautiful sandy beach, only 400 m from the sea. The 2021 modern and tastefully renovated house offers perfect comfort. The enclosed patio with a fantastic dining area that is illuminated at night is the big plus of this holiday home. In the well-equipped kitchen you can prepare organic vegetables bought directly from the homeowner or delicious seafood from the market. In a few minutes you can reach the small bay of Port Neuve with its fine sandy beach 650m. In summer, a ferry runs from the small port of Sibiril-Mogueric to the flower island of Batz. The nearby fishing port of Mogueriec is home to a small fishing fleet, bringing in mainly lobster, crayfish and freshly caught fish, which can be auctioned off locally. The town of Roscoff is well worth a visit. Boat crossings to the offshore island of Batz are offered here. On the island you can visit the palm garden.

The house was very cozy and exactly as we had expected. Everything that was needed was present. The garden was perfectly fenced, allowing us to let our Beagle run outside with peace of mind. The house is within walking distance of the sea. It's nice that there is also a cool café (where you can play darts and billiards) and a nice restaurant within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay.
