Villa Stephanie with the flats 3 ground floor and 4 upper floor:
We offer you a modern furnished holiday home on 143 m² near the beach. The house has a total of 4 bedrooms on two floors, each with a double bed. Up to eight people can spend their holiday here.
You can reach flat 3 via the small access staircase. This flat has 69 square metres of space for four people. The 1st bedroom is adjacent to the living area. You can reach the 2nd bedroom via the hallway. The upper flat 4 also offers space for up to four people on 74 square metres.
Both flats have the following equipment:
- Separate kitchen with all the extras (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster) and a spacious dining table in the adjoining veranda with a flat-screen TV in the veranda
- Living area with flat screen TV, comfortable couch and adjoining sleeping area with a cosy double bed (180 x 200cm / full-length mattress)
- second sleeping area with the separate bedroom with double bed (140 x 200cm / full-length mattress) and flat screen TV
- Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer accessible from the hallway.
Ahlbeck Bungalow 1 front and 2 back:
The two bungalows, which were completely renovated in 2021, each have space for 3 people on 40sqm. The bungalows are located together with Villa Stefanie on one property.
In the combined living and dining area you will find a comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV, radio and an integrated kitchenette with fridge, hob, oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.
In the adjoining bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm/separate mattresses), you can store your personal belongings in the wardrobe. In bungalow 1 the 3rd person sleeps on the sofa bed in the living room, while in bungalow 2 the 3rd sleeping place is available as a single bed in the bedroom
In the bathroom you will find a toilet, shower and hairdryer. The property invites you to relax and unwind with a cosy seating area. The garden is for communal use.
For your mobility, there is a car parking space directly at the house and a bicycle storage facility. The slightly different mobility: your personal spa card allows you free use of the Usedomer Bäderbahn on the island of Usedom.

Eine bereits verschobene Buchung kann nicht mehr kostenfrei storniert werden.
