There is a bedroom with a French bed (1.60m) and 2 double bedrooms. From the living room via the spiral staircase to the tower room: here is one of the double bedrooms with private bathroom/WC and a large balcony.
The spacious vacation home is located in Miami Playa on a 1000m² large, by a wall and hedge closed, secluded corner plot. To the beach it is 1,6 km. Shops and restaurants are about 700m away. Beautiful garden with lawn, palms, hibiscus, bougainvillea, oleander and other Mediterranean plants. Large heated pool of 10x5m. Outdoor shower and sun loungers
Gardener and pool maintenance 2x per week. Nice gazebo with garden furniture. Brick barbecue. Large covered and glazed terrace with rat seating.
Parking for 3 cars on the property.
The property is self-contained and offers a lot of privacy.

The house is located only about 1.6 km from the sea.
Shopping facilities: about 700 mtr. on foot, doctors in the village.
Miami-Playa on the Costa Dorada, is located about 120 km south of Barcelona and 30 km south of Tarragona.
It is a charming resort between Cambrils and Hospital d'el Infante.
The long, wide sandy beach (12 km) is surrounded by small, picturesque coves is protected by the nearby mountains and therefore has a balanced and healthy is a very popular resort, also because of its rich leisure facilities.
The sports harbor can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Horse riding facilities for beginners and advanced riders are available to the vacationer in a nearby beautiful mountain valley. Approximately 5 minutes by car there is a beautiful surfing school with pedal boat rental at the beach; ideal windsurfing and sailing conditions. Restaurants, bistros and discos are only a few minutes away. Excursions: Tarragona, to the Ebro Delta, to Barcelona, Monserat Monastery and to other sights of this area. Cheap flights are offered by the low-cost airlines RyenAir (from Frankfurt-Hahn to Reus, about 30 km from Miami-Playa) and Germanwings (several departure airports in Germany to Barcelona, about 120 km from Miami-Playa). Of course, all major airlines fly to Barcelona.

Cancellation terms:
- Rücktritt bis 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn 50 % des Mietpreises, Rücktritt 34 bis 15 Tage vor Mietbeginn 80 % des Mietpreises, Rücktritt 14 Tage bis zum Mietbeginn 90 % des Mietpreises. Die nicht zu erstattenden 10 % des Mietpreises sind für nicht entstandene Kosten für Wasser, Strom etc. Wir empfehlen eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung, welche Sie in jedem Reisebüro abschließen können. Grundlage für die Berechnung der Rücktrittskosten ist das Datum des Posteingangs oder E-Mail-Eingangs beim Hausbesitzer oder seinem Bevollmächtigten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, daß der Mieter einen Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen stellt. In diesem Fall entfallen die Rücktrittsgebühren für den Zeitraum der Weitervermietung und es wird lediglich eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 100,00 € erhoben. Bereits geleistete Anzahlungen muß der Mieter mit dem Ersatzmieter verrechnen. b.) Stornierung oder Rücktritt bei einer Pandemie: Bei einer Grenzschließung von seitens der spanischen Regierung erhalten Sie Ihre Anzahlung unter Abzug einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 100,00 € zurück. In allen anderen Fällen z. B. wegen einer Reisewarnung eines Landes außerhalb Spaniens, sowie persönlicher Angst oder nicht ausreichend geimpft sein eines Mitreisenden, gelten die obigen Rücktritts- und Stornobedingungen.
