The whole house, the winter garden and the pool are equipped with a heating system and are ideal "to extend the summer" or to escape the cold winter.
For the hot summer days, there are two ultra-modern, whisper-quiet and energy-saving air-conditioning systems available.
Pets are very welcome.
The property is completely surrounded by an illuminated wall.
On the property there is an illuminated, large, private pool. The pool is heated so that you can enjoy the sun and the pool even in the cooler spring and autumn.
The villa has three bedrooms.
Living area about 129 m2, plot about 538 m2.
Internet with WLAN/WiFi is available free of charge.

The detached pool villa Margarita is located in Miami Playa (Platja) on the Costa Dorada (Daurada) in Catalonia, directly on the Mediterranean Sea. The house is situated in a quiet villa quarter on a corner plot, no skyscrapers, etc.
For your beloved, four-legged companions there is a separate "dog beach" on the beach, where you can let off steam with your darling or walk comfortably at the sea.

The following cancellation fees will be retained by the service provider, based on the total rental price: Cancellation up to 40 days before the start of the rental period 50% of the rental price, cancellation 39 to 20 days before the start of the rental period 80% of the rental price, cancellation from 19 days to the start of the rental period 95% of the rental price (the non-refundable 5% of the rental price is for costs not incurred for water, electricity, etc.). We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Cancellation or withdrawal in the event of a pandemic: In the event of a border closure by the Spanish government, you will receive your deposit back minus a processing fee of €100.00, refunded (or a voucher if you prefer). In all other cases, e.g., due to a travel warning or personal fear, the above withdrawal and cancellation conditions apply.
