Location and surroundings of object
In front of and next to the house a garden of about 1000 m2 with sun and shade, several terraces and parking. Behind the house a large plateau in the dune, where you can also sit, lie and sunbathe. Through a 100 m long road you can reach an access path to the beach and sea on several sides.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellation: 25% of the rent is due upon booking, 50% up until the period leading to your stay, and 100% one month before your stay. Payment: - 50% up to the halfway point of the period leading to your stay - 100% one month before your stay. We recommend that you take out your own cancellation insurance in case you need to cancel the vacation for any reason. You will then be reimbursed the costs from your cancellation insurance.

The house has been a family home for 70 years and is still used by the family for much of the year. This means that the house, although simple, is very well furnished.
