Equipped with central heating. 2 bicycles for general use (1 women's bike and 1 men's bike, use at your own risk).
The park has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers available for free use.
Pets are allowed.
The bedrooms are equipped with single duvets and pillows. You need to bring your own fitted sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers. For the double bed, a double fitted sheet is required (1.40 by 2 m).
You also need to bring your own bath and kitchen linens.

Location and surroundings of object
Country Estate Onderdemolen is a quiet and green family vacation park in Stellendam. Equipped with a soccer field, playground, tennis court, jeu de boules court, and trampoline. Relaxation, peace, and fun for the whole family are guaranteed.
Stellendam is a small village on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee. A 10-minute drive away is the beach of Ouddorp. This is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Netherlands. Visitors appreciate the expansive and tranquil nature of Ouddorp beach. In addition, the beach is suitable for sunbathers but also for water sports enthusiasts. The North Sea beach of Ouddorp is over seventeen kilometers long. In some places, the beach of Ouddorp is several hundreds of meters wide, providing ample space for everyone.
A 15-minute drive away is the Brouwersdam. The beach near Brouwersdam is a hotspot that buzzes with sportiness, fun, and conviviality.
Outside the gate of the park is the Zuiderdiep swimming pool. Zwembad Zuiderdiep consists of an indoor pool, divided into a competition pool and a recreation pool, whirlpool, and toddler pool. Additionally, there is also a large slide, water umbrella, rapid stream creek, and jet stream. Zwembad Zuiderdiep also features a large outdoor pool with a slide and sunbathing lawn. This is open during the summer months simultaneously with the indoor pool.

Highly recommended
We were in the beautiful little house for an extended weekend and felt very comfortable.
We arrived with 3 adults and 2 small children, and everything suited us well.
Nice contact with the landlord, the quiet surroundings, the playground just around the corner, the house's equipment with games, 2 bicycles available for use, the well-equipped kitchen, and even a dishwasher and a freezer are available. The mattresses were very comfortable for all of us. The stairs to the upper bedrooms are very steep, but there is also a sleeping area with 2 single beds available downstairs.
If the opportunity arises, we will come back and gladly recommend the cottage further.

Total relaxation and surroundings/ Places and no crowded beaches
We enjoyed a 14-day holiday house stay in the beautiful and peaceful holiday resort during the booked period.
The holiday house, owned by Bas Duif and Marjolijn Willemsen-Duif (brother and sister), is located in the conveniently situated area of Stellendam in the Netherlands.
The house itself is well-equipped and has everything you need for a vacation. Anything additional can be obtained at the nearby supermarket Plus in the village or in one of the great cities in the surrounding area.
From there, you can enjoy the wonderful sun and the beach, which can be easily reached by bike or, if necessary, by car.
This holiday house also allowed us to visit Rotterdam, The Hague, Gouda, Middelharnis, Dirksland, Ouddurp, Zierikzee Rockanje, and the most beautiful beaches in the area. Yes, often by bike and sometimes a little further by car. We enjoyed this every day and happily returned to the beautiful holiday home in the evenings.
The RTM Museum in Ouddorp with its nostalgic train ride is highly recommended. For those who need peace and quiet, this holiday house is the perfect place. And for those who need more, they will surely find something in the surrounding area.
From the moment of booking until the end, we had very nice contact with the landlords.
* A small note for those who are not so good on foot: to access the upper bedrooms, you have to use a small wooden staircase. However, there is a bedroom on the lower level with a bunk bed. So everything is possible!
We would like to thank the siblings and extend our warm greetings, with the promise that we will come back and recommend the holiday house.

Always beautiful
The house is well equipped for a family with 2 children and a dog
You feel right at home in the house
The children can reach the playground and the table tennis hall within 1 minute
For the quieter hours there is German TV and also a Hdmi connection for an Alexa stick or game console is available on the TV
There are also board games and books
After 40 metres, you can reach the nearby lake directly via a small dam and get onto a beautiful walking route
The swimming pool right at the entrance is also very popular on rainy days
About the house
The beds are comfortable
Downstairs there is a bunk bed with wardrobe
Upstairs in the passage room is a single bed with a chest of drawers and a washing machine
In the room behind is the master bedroom with a double bed
We found everything very clean
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker and a microwave
A large fridge including freezer compartments is also available, also dishes, dishwasher, bowls, pots are well stocked
We had a very nice relaxing time again and are looking forward to coming back next year

Simple but very beautiful
We found a small well equipped cottage. Everything was clean
The playground right next to the house and the swimming pool were of course a dream for the children. The way to the beach is 10 minutes by car
The grounds are very well maintained and beautifully planted
The house itself is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen
The beds are comfortable and neat
The terrace has a dining table and chairs as well as a lounge and sun loungers
All in all a place to spend a wonderful holiday
The next stay is already booked☺️
