Description
Our 45sqm holiday flat can be reached via a separate entrance. It is equipped with a kitchen with 4-plate cooker, oven, extractor bonnet and refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. In the adjoining living area there is a sofa bed, which can be converted into a 140cm bed if required, TV with satellite reception and a music system with CD are of course also available. There is also a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are included.
There is also a private terrace with garden furniture. A barbecue can be provided at any time.
We have a lockable storage facility for bicycles.

Location and surroundings of object
Very quiet, central location in the centre of the village, away from the main road. All shopping facilities are within easy reach. Schmidt is surrounded by forest and is located directly at the Eifel National Park, therefore ideal for hiking holidays. The Rursee is only 2 km away and invites you to swim, fish, canoe, etc. The holiday resort Schmidt is situated on a high plateau approx. 480m above , in the Rur Eifel directly at the Rursee. The High Fens are 20 km away. There are numerous shopping facilities in the village: 1 supermarket, 2 bakeries, 1 pharmacy, 1 petrol station. There is also a general practitioner and a dentist.

Anytime, gladly again.
We had a very nice stay. The apartment was well-equipped and very clean. Nothing was missing. The landlords were very friendly. We would definitely like to come back again.

Holiday like at home
The Droste family welcomed us very warmly to their cozy furnished vacation apartment.
There is nothing missing here!!!
The bed was extremely comfortable and in the kitchen you can find everything you need as a self-caterer.
Help is not an unfamiliar word for the owners of the accommodation and at this point, thank you again for the delicious cake!!!
All in all: highly recommended.
