Description
The flat is approx. 60 sqm. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the Rursee.
The flat has a bedroom with a double bed.
In the living room there is an additional sofa bed (160x200), which can accommodate 2 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped and should leave nothing to be desired (oven, 4 functioning hotplates, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, soda streamer, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwashing utensils, kitchen towels).
There is a bathroom with shower.
The flat is well suited for 3 people.
It is not handicapped accessible and not suitable for small children (missing terrace border / danger of falling, fireplace).
As it is only accessible via stairs, it is only suitable to a limited extent for people with walking difficulties.
It is a non-smoking flat, pets are not allowed.
There is a parking space outside, but it is only conditionally suitable for large vehicles such as SUVs or minibuses!
Bicycles can be parked on the terrace (accessible via a narrow outside staircase).

Spent a couple of nice days.
We spent a few beautiful days here and were able to recharge our batteries and enjoy the tranquility in the very nicely located accommodation.
The accommodation is very neat, clean, and well-maintained. There is nothing missing here. We would vacation here again at any time.

Well-maintained and very beautiful holiday apartment
We had a wonderful time in the holiday apartment at Lake Rur! The location was simply breathtaking, with a magnificent view. The apartment itself was very cozy and tastefully decorated. We immediately felt at home. Everything was clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the peace and the opportunity to go for walks in the area and enjoy nature. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, they gave us great tips for activities in the area. Overall, our stay there was absolutely perfect and we can highly recommend the holiday apartment at Lake Rur!

Relaxed Easter at the Rursee.
We spent cozy Easter days in KaMiLas Flat at Rursee and felt very comfortable. The apartment is extremely clean and we felt very welcome. Unfortunately, it was still too cool for breakfast on the terrace, but you can also enjoy the view of the lake through the window. We cycled on the Vennbahn cycle path and hiked in the Narcissus Valley, had delicious food in Einruhr and played Disc Golf in Gemünd. A completely successful weekend, we will definitely come back. Schone en compleet ingerichte woning met mooie blik op het meer
Het huis is heel schoon met plavuizen vloeren. Rolschermen voor de ramen. Een compleet ingerichte keuken. Een bescheiden terras met meubilair met een mooie blik op het meer. Het is er heerlijk rustig. Wij hebben erg genoten op deze plek. De omgeving is heel mooi.

Very well equipped apartment, great lake view from the terrace and wonderful peace and quiet
One of the best equipped holiday flats we have ever had! From hiking maps to board games, firewood for the fireplace, good kitchen equipment, a barbecue and deck chairs for the terrace - everything is there. From the terrace you have a great view of the lake, the area is wonderfully quiet, the birds are chirping. The location is ideal for hiking directly on site, as well as for excursions to Monschau, the High Fens, etc. (car recommended). (car recommended).
The flat is very clean and in great shape. Due to the location in the basement, it is rather cool, the underfloor heating takes quite a long time to heat up the flat. But that's what the wonderful fireplace is for! The landlady is very friendly and helpful. There are not many restaurants on site, but you can really find peace and relaxation here. We would come back anytime and felt very comfortable here.

Schöner Ausgangspunkt für vielseitige Unternehmungen
Alles drin in der Wohnung, was wir zu zweit für einen Urlaub gebraucht haben. Sie strahlt eine "erhabene Schlichtheit" aus. Die funktional und großzügig eingerichtete Küche haben wir gerne genutzt. War aber auch nötig, da das kulinarische Angebot in Rurberg insbesondere für Vegetarier eher verhalten ist. Zum Einkaufen geht es in ein kleines Lädchen im Nacharort oder ins 7km entfernte Simmerath. Der ÖPNV bietet einige Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen, wir sind meist vom Ort aus losgezogen: Wandern, mit Fahrrad- bzw. Boot unterwegs sein, baden. Und an den ersten kühlen Herbstabenden gab es dann ein Kaminfeuer...
