Description

We offer a comfortable and modern equipped house with a floor area of 85 m². This is our house "Wind Rose 3".
The house is habitable with a maximum of 9 adults, fully insulated, therefore one has at any time a pleasant, constant room climate.
This is the well-being of our guests, which is very dear to us, guaranteed.

The ground floor has a large living room with sofa bed, fireplace and dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. A modern bathroom is also available.
Upstairs you will find two separate bedrooms with a total of seven Bedding and a guest toilet.
The housing unit is complemented by an inviting, wide, sheltered, sunny terrace and a balcony.

Our cottages are tasteful, functional and full of light.
The grounds offers plenty of space for children to play and comfortable barbecues.
A trip by bike to the nearby lighthouse is no obstacle.
Again and again it is a real pleasure to our little guests to use our trampoline.
The resort is located in a quiet part of the town.

The path to the beach is 400 m.
Several shops are given in the nearby village Sarbinowo. For evening or for lunch, it is advisable to consult one of the small restaurants and enjoy the traditional Polish cuisine, or even German food. For dessert, I recommend a tasty Gofr (waffle). The food is usually very inexpensive, but also high quality.
A well-stocked shop with fresh bread and maybe an egg on a wholesome breakfast, is located about 400 meters from the house. The service is very friendly and usually you will be understood if one places the order in German.

Sarbinowo is located directly on the Baltic coast between the cities Kolberg and Koszalin. Our resort "Wind Rose" offers holiday fun at the Polish Baltic coast.

Enjoy the beautiful beach that invites you for sunbathing, water games and long walks. The healthy sea air and a fresh sea breeze contribute to your rest and relaxation.

Numerous recreational opportunities on site and the Polish national cuisine in the nearby village of Sarbinowo complete the offer.

Family vacation

We spent 14 days in this beautiful holiday home. It is furnished with a lot of love. The landlords are very nice, accommodating, and uncomplicated. Already upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed. Since we are not beach loungers, we saw a lot of the surrounding area.

Very beautiful house + plot of land

We were 7 in this beautiful house and felt very comfortable, nothing was missing... us adults were able to relax very well, the kids could move freely on the large property... And our four-legged friend? also felt very comfortable... the surroundings + beach are great too, everything is very clean and there is a lot to experience... we would book it again at any time! Highly recommended

We have been back home since yesterday and it is very important to me to write down my impressions right away.
We were warmly welcomed and were totally excited by the first impressions. The house and garden... simply fantastic and beautiful.
The landlady was always available, and her parents were also on site. They tried to fulfill every wish and even helped us with painkillers ;) The way to the beach (approx. 10 min) leads past some stands where you can get ice cream, waffles, fruit, vegetables, and also savory snacks. Depending on which section of the beach you visit, you can experience peaceful idyllic surroundings or lively activity. A trip to Kolobrzeg (harbor area, sports activities) and Koszalin (shopping center) is worth it. If the weather is good, you will have the PERFECT HOLIDAY! ! !

Awesome!

We wanted to relax spontaneously for a few days and found the house on the internet. Inquiry sent and promptly received a message back, brief conversation with the landlord who speaks very good German. Now the journey began, we arrived in Sarbinowo and immediately found the house. We were warmly and lovingly welcomed by the landlord's parents upon arrival. The beach is easy to reach, as well as small markets and stalls where you can get numerous souvenirs and clothing. There is a lot for children to do. The house was very clean and comfortably furnished. The garden invited relaxation. The children had many toys to play with. The landlord and her parents were always available. We would go back there anytime, it was really great. Thanks again.

A wonderful week of holiday

My husband, my two children and I had a wonderful time in Sarbinowo, the house is well maintained and very tastefully furnished. You immediately feel welcome and at home. There are two bedrooms and a living room with a sleeping area, the bathroom has just been renovated. As we were there in summer, we did not need the stove, but in colder temperatures this is certainly a cosy addition. From the terrace as well as from the balcony you look directly into the garden. There are many different plants and garden lovers will certainly find some interesting plants here. For the children there was also a trampoline and other playground equipment. The property is very quiet and the way to the beach is not far. Thank you for a wonderful time. LG Anne and Peter
