Description

We offer two comfortable holiday homes which are located on the outskirts of Sarbinowo. The houses have a floor area of 45 m² and are partly insulated (floor and roof). They thus create a cozy, comfortable indoor climate. Accordingly, it has at all times a pleasant constant room climate in the houses and the well-being of our guests, which is very dear to us, is guaranteed. An assignment of the smaller cottages 1 and 2 is possible with six adults. The two smaller houses include a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and a bedroom in the attic and a sunny terrace. There is also the possibility of a third house for up to 9 people to rent (For details, see Object 37568).
The cottages are tasteful, functional and full of light.
The grounds offers plenty of space for children to play and comfortable barbecues. A trip by bike to the nearby lookout tower is no obstacle.
Again and again it is a real pleasure for our guests to use our trampoline.
The surrounding area is natural, therefore the view is unobstructed and can withdrawing at dawn or dusk deer, a fox or strutting storks, watching from the upper balcony from where upstream meadows. The path to the beach is 400 m.
Several shops are given in the nearby village Sarbinowo. For evening or for lunch, it is advisable to consult one of the small restaurants and enjoy the traditional Polish cuisine, as well known to us German food. The food is usually very inexpensive, but also high quality.
A well-stocked shop with fresh bread and maybe an egg on a wholesome breakfast, is located about 400 meters from the house. The service is very friendly and usually you will be understood if one places the order in German. Enjoy your vacation a sunny breakfast in the open air in front of our house.
The road to the charming beach after your hearty and fortifying breakfast, is only 400 meters.

Peter was not on our side!

As mentioned, Peter was not on our side, unfortunately we had an almost rainy vacation. Nevertheless, the rental company brought some sunshine into our hearts every day with encouraging words. We have to say it was a vacation with a feeling of family connection. Simply beautiful! We said goodbye with the words that we will see each other again. PROMISED!!!

Super beautiful

We were with 2 families, so we stayed in both houses. It was a really wonderful time there, the houses are very beautiful and you have everything you need at your disposal. The location is perfect and everything is quickly reachable and there is something for everyone. The landlords are very nice and available for advice and assistance. All in all, a beautiful vacation, we would love to come back.

I deducted one star due to the bad roads leading up to the house. Otherwise, we will definitely see each other again. We extended our stay by a few days, but in a different house. There is no comparison, and we want to come back again. We are two adults, one teenager, and two 12-year-olds. Everyone felt super comfortable. Despite the limited space, everyone had their own room. Cleanliness and details are given great importance. You arrive and immediately feel comfortable. With some basic knowledge of English, you can get quite far here. The communication was partly funny but always purposeful. It's about a 10-minute walk to the water, and slightly above the beach, countless stalls are set up where you can get everything from kebabs to toys to dream catchers. Just a 2-minute walk from the house, you can get fresh bread every morning, have an ice cream in the afternoon, or enjoy your beer and charcoal in the evening. Larger cities can be reached by car in 20 minutes. Thanks again and see you soon!

Recreational vacation with the family

For this vacation, you can give full stars without hesitation. Accommodation and location as described. Clean and fully equipped, as well as beautifully quiet. The outdoor area is also very well maintained. The beach is very easily reachable on foot. Even with our 3-year-old son, it only took a few minutes. Very friendly welcome by the landlord's parents. They were available for questions throughout the entire stay. Saying goodbye was a bit difficult. Secure parking on the enclosed property. We were very satisfied and will certainly consider this holiday apartment again in the future.

Family vacation at the beach

We were accommodated in House 2 as a group of four, and there was ample space. The furnishings are "tip-top" and everything necessary is available. Also in the outdoor area.

The walk to the beach is about 400 meters and it is a very beautiful and clean sandy beach.

We felt very comfortable in this one week and enjoyed the beautiful air.

Many thanks to the landlords as well as to Yvonne and Ralf for the lovely days.

A wonderful holiday on the Polish Baltic Sea

We had a very nice relaxing holiday in the house of family Iwanek. The house and the garden are very well maintained, our Labrador also felt very comfortable there. The house has everything you need for daily life, the garden is really beautiful and well kept. We used the beautiful seating area with two benches and a large table all the time, also for barbecues. The weather also played along this year. Mrs. Iwanek's parents were there and gave us the keys and showed us everything. They were always there when we needed help with words and deeds (we have rarely met such really nice and warm people, thank you very much for that). We really liked it, the beautiful Baltic Sea, the place where there was always something interesting to see and experience and of course the house where we felt so comfortable. Our car was parked in front of the house, which was always locked at night. But you don't have to worry about your car at all.
It was a very nice holiday where there was nothing to complain about, we will definitely come back. THANK YOU

Beautiful holiday with fantastic weather

We, my wife and my 5-year-old son, rented the house for 7 days and were very satisfied. The house is beautiful and furnished with love. The bathroom is modern. The beds in the sleeping gallery were very comfortable and my son also slept well. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook for yourself. However, we often went out to eat in the village, as there are some good and inexpensive places to eat there. The restaurant Lazur deserves a special mention. The food was very good and the waiters are multilingual
The house is beautifully situated in the green and the garden is lovingly landscaped. My son was thrilled with the trampoline and the play area. The landlords who were on site, as it later turned out to be the landlady's parents, are very caring and helpful. In our case, a light bulb in the bathroom was defective. The problem was solved very quickly
The way to the beach is a 10-minute walk (with a child). The windbreak, which is part of the equipment of the house, provided us with valuable services on the beach.
All in all it was a very nice and relaxing holiday which was crowned by the fantastic weather. Price/performance and cleanliness were very good. We will gladly come again.

Relaxing and beautiful short trip

We were guests of Mrs. Iwanek with 2 acquaintances at the beginning of May and had a very relaxed and quiet short holiday.

We stayed in one of the two smaller holiday homes and felt very well taken care of from the first second
The furnishings are of high quality and well maintained. The cleanliness in the house was a straight 1. The holiday complex offers everything that is stated in the description. The property and the garden invite you to relax and are obviously lovingly looked after. It is a good place to enjoy the peace and quiet.

The beach is just under 400m away and within easy walking distance. Compared to the German Baltic coast, this is definitely a welcome change, as it is very unspoilt and natural on the water. The small village of Sarbinowo, where the resort is located, offers all kinds of shopping opportunities and restaurants, which are also within easy walking distance. For larger purchases, however, we recommend going to Mielno or Koszalin.

We also made two day trips from the holiday home to Kolobrzeg (Kolberg) and Gdansk. Both cities are highly recommended.

All in all, a very successful trip during which we were able to relax well. We thank Mrs. Iwanek for the wonderful stay and helpful tips and will definitely come back next time!

Nice house, not a good location, no understanding....

The house and the garden are top. Very well equipped, garden very well maintained. Unfortunately the house is for up to 6 people, all just one big room.... Bedroom, living room, kitchen all open. That means there is zero privacy... The communication on site with the landlord unfortunately does not work at all, because only Polish is spoken. It is certainly nice for Polish holidaymakers, but unfortunately not recommended for Germans. The whole place is only designed for Polish holidaymakers - we had the feeling that we were the only Germans there. We left after 2 nights... we would not have lasted 14 days as planned. We were able to book something in Germany at short notice... We had our bikes with us, but it is only possible to ride on the main road, much too dangerous with children. All other roads in very bad condition.

Sehr geehrte Frau Bleich,

vielen Dank für Ihre kritischen Anregungen.
Diese berücksichtigend und um zukünftig Missverständnissen vorzubeugen werden wir in der Beschreibung unserer Häuser noch ausdrücklicher darauf hinweisen, dass es sich im Obergeschoss um einen offenen Schlafraum handelt.
Leider ist es in der Tat so, dass ich nicht immer persönlich vor Ort sein kann und die mich vertretenden Betreuer der Ferienanlage dann oft nur polnisch sprechen. Selbstverständlich stehe ich jederzeit - und die Telefonate, die wir miteinander in der Zeit Ihres kurzen Aufenthaltes führten, bestätigen dies ja auch - telefonisch zur Verfügung.
Dennoch scheint es hilfreich, eine kleine Broschüre zu erstellen und in den Häusern auszulegen, in der die wichtigsten Dinge nochmals auf deutsch erläutert sind.
Von daher - vielen Dank für Ihre Anregung.
Die Straßen in Polen sind tatsächlich nicht immer in einem Zustand, der deutschen Standards entspricht. Folglich kann das Fahrradfahren mit kleinen Kindern auf solchen Strecken ein wenig abenteuerlich sein - was unbestritten nicht unbedingt jedem liegt. Zudem ist es manchmal in der Tat so, dass nicht viele deutsche Urlauber vor Ort sind, sondern Gäste v.a. auch aus Polen oder anderen Teilen Europas in Sarbinowo ihren Urlaub verbringen. Bislang war dies für unsere Gäste kein Problem.
Es tut mir leid, dass sich dies - wie auch anderes - für Sie persönlich schwierig darstellte. Umso mehr freut es mich, dass Sie kurzfristig noch eine gute Alternative bzw. einen für Sie passenderen Ferienort gefunden haben.
