This cozy holiday home is located just a stone's throw from the beach and the lively center of Zoutelande. Ideal for a great beach holiday.
The house was completely newly built in 2016/2017 and is equipped with all conveniences (dishwasher, combination microwave, smart TV, wifi, underfloor heating).
In 2026, the bathroom on the first floor was renovated and fitted with a walk-in shower and toilet. The house is also equipped with air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs. In addition to all these conveniences, this holiday home features a sunny private garden with a terrace facing southwest. The house is furnished for a maximum of 2 people.
On the ground floor you will find a toilet, modern open kitchen, cozy living room, and of course a spacious passage to the delightful garden. On the upper floor there is a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, 1 bedroom with a double bed (box spring)
This house is rented from Saturday to Saturday during the high season. Outside this period, a different changeover day can be discussed. Features

Cancellation:

Beautifully located holiday cottage in the center
In the holiday home, everything you need is available.
Highly recommended.
The location is perfect. The beach is a 5-minute walk, the supermarket is just around the corner, and the village and restaurants are only a 3-6 minute walk away.
