The house is completely newly built in 2016/2017 and fully equipped (dishwasher, combi microwave, smart TV, wifi, underfloor heating)
Kitchen / toilet & bathroom are all new and modern.
Besides all these conveniences, this vacation home has a sunny private garden with terrace facing south-west. The house is equipped for up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). Of course there is a crib and a highchair available on request
On the first floor there is a toilet / modern open kitchen / cozy living room / and of course a spacious passage to the lovely garden
On the first floor are a modern bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed (box spring) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
This house is rented in the main season from Saturday to Saturday. Outside this period a different changeover day is negotiable

- Bij annulering van 60 tot 30 dagen voor aanvang van de huurperiode brengen wij 50 % van de totaalprijs in rekening.
- Bij annulering van 30 tot 0 dagen voor aanvang van de huurperiode brengen wij 100 % van de totaalprijs in rekening.
- Bij elke annulering zijn wij genoodzaakt 50,- handelingskosten in rekening te brengen. Die Kurtaxe von 2,10 (2024) p.p.p.n. ist nicht im Mietpreis enthalten Stornierung: Sie können jederzeit durch schriftliche Erklärung oder per E-Mail vom Mietvertrag zurücktreten. Die Erklärung wird an dem Tag, an dem sie bei uns eingeht, wirksam. Für die entstandenen Aufwendungen verlangen wir Ersatz. Wir machen folgende Aufwendungen (Rücktrittsgebühren) geltend:
- Bei einem Rücktritt bis 60 Tage vor Mietbeginn berechnen wir 50,- Bearbeitungskosten
- Bei einem Rücktritt zwischen 30 und 60 Tage vor Mietbeginn berechnen wir 50 % von der Gesamtsumme.
- Bei einem Rücktritt nach dem 30 Tag vor Mietbeginn behalten wir die gesamte Miete ein.
- Bei jeder Stornierung berechnen wir 50,- Bearbeitungskosten Wir empfehlen Ihnen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittversicherung.

Prachtig en centraal gelegen vakantiehuisje
In de vakantiewoning is alles wat men nodig heeft aanwezig.
Een aanrader.
De ligging is perfect. Het strand ligt op 5 min lopen, de supermarkt ligt meteen om de hoek en het dorp en restaurants liggen ook maar op 3-6 minuten loopafstand.
