We appreciated the peaceful surroundings, which made it easy to relax. Although we didn't explore much, the dining options nearby, such as Restaurant Smaek, were convenient for the evenings. Just a note, the WiFi was sometimes a bit unreliable, but that did not diminish our enjoyment.

The house was supposed to have a garden area, but instead of lawn there is only mud. Children cannot play there. The house depicted in the Belivilla advertisement does not match the actual accommodation. On arrival the house was totally dirty (dirt, dust and hair from previous tenants) and Belvilla only referred us to the owner, with whom we had no contract. He came after 2 hours of discussion and cleaned the house. He also brought the missing grill, which we were allowed to set up ourselves. The house is poorly equipped: the kitchen lacks dishes for the number of people, a teapot, salad bowl, potato peeler, etc. are missing, the spoons are so sharp that one guest has already cut his mouth. In the lower bathroom there are no hooks for towels, in the other bathroom only 2 pieces. Towel radiators would have been nice but at least a simple hook. The downstairs bathroom also doesn't have a door to the bedroom. The showers don't have a screen, not even a shower curtain, so the bathroom is completely wet after the shower. You will also look in vain for a shower mat. The heating in the house does not heat sufficiently, we sometimes sit in the house with our jackets on (at an outside temperature of 15 degrees). In each bedroom there is only 1 compartment in the closet above the clothes rail, how 2 people are supposed to store their clothes for 2 weeks is questionable. The windows can only be opened a maximum of 45 degrees due to the blackout fitted on the inside, so rapid ventilation is not possible. In the downstairs bedroom, generally only 1 of 3 windows can be opened. The toilets are both inside and without windows. The sinks there are tiny and there is no mirror or shelf. In general, it is rather unlovingly furnished.
