More appearance than reality.
The accommodation was clean and tidy upon arrival. Sufficient towels were provided. There is ample space to move around freely in the premises. Unfortunately, we were not given any information regarding garbage disposal, the aquarium (which the tenant is responsible for maintaining over time), and the grill area/garden (seating area), so we were unable to use them with our children and had to search for garbage disposal options ourselves. Unfortunately, the landlord was noticeable multiple times with his comments about our wealth, as he asked repeatedly "if we even had money!" Furthermore, unnecessary remarks seem to be included in the basic equipment. The landlord also charges an additional fee for Wi-Fi. It is not listed under the ad for the house on the internet and always fell under "accessories." When addressed, he responded with a paper flyer saying "it's written on there." Unfortunately, the internet ad promised more than what is being advertised.
