Holiday flat under the roof with large terrace for 2-3 people, bedroom with large double bed, living room with satellite TV, DVD radio/player, dining area. Kitchenette with two-plate hob and microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and glasses for four people.

The ochre-yellow clinkered residential house with a total of two holiday flats (the holiday flat "Junge Charlotte" for up to 3 persons and the larger holiday flat "Alter Fritz" for up to 6 persons) is located in the south of the district of Finkenkrug in the town of Falkensee, exactly at the transition from Elsterstraße to Gartenstraße. You can park your car to the right of the house just before the bend in Elsterstraße or under our carport if you make a reservation. Falkensee is the largest town in Havelland in the federal state of Brandenburg. It borders the Berlin district of Spandau to the north-west and the municipality of Dallgow-Döberitz to the south. Numerous excursions to the natural landscape of Döberitzer Heide, to Brieselang at Lake Nymphensee and to Spandauer Forst offer a breath of fresh air close to the great capital of Berlin and to Prussian culture in Potsdam.
Many shopping opportunities, especially at the Falkensee farm shop, the Havelpark Dallgow and the B5 outlet centre and visits to the "ALA" cinema, the forest swimming pool and bowling alley as well as the local history museum and the history park offer further extensive leisure activities.

Arrival by car is possible via the Berliner Ring A10 at the Berlin-Spandau exit onto the Hamburger Chaussee B5. At the Dalgow-Döberitz exit (next exit after Rohrbeck or before Havelpark), turn left under the bridge into Wilmsstraße in the municipality of Dallgow-Döberitz. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit over the railway bridge and follow Wilmsstraße. At Cafe Kühnbaum turn right into Schillerstraße, which after a left turn leads into Fontanestraße and further into Gartenstraße into the town of Falkensee to our house.

Pleasant apartment
I was here for the second time because you feel at home in the apartment right away. A wonderful living room with large windows and a very big balcony. And upon arrival, the beds are ready, coffee, tea, and herbs are available, and Mr. Straatmann was even willing to pick me up with my luggage from the train station. Thank you for that! For city visits, the train station can be reached by bus or on foot in 15-20 minutes, and there are very regular trains to Berlin. But Spandau and the forests around Falkensee and Dallgow-Döberitz are really beautiful!

Take a break from home
Here you already feel welcome at the front door. In this lovely apartment, everything has been thought of. Even bathrobe, slippers, beach chair, sun umbrella on the large terrace, and much more. The photos of this apartment truly deliver what they promise. The landlord is very friendly and accommodating. Tip: Leave your car on site and use public transportation to get to the city. With the day ticket, Zone ABC, €7, you are quickly in the city, in the Grunewald forest, or at Lake Wannsee. Can highly recommend this address.

Very nice, modern holiday apartment in Falkensee, which was also available at very short notice.
The apartment is fully equipped and baby equipment (crib/high chair) is also available.
Minor deduction: We could not turn off a small ventilation in the entrance area. You could always hear it very quietly, but it didn't circulate.

Die kleine Lüftung ist ein Teil unserer modernen Heizungsanlage. Die Wärme wird über eine Wärmepumpe erzeugt und mittels Frischluft in den Raum geblasen und die verbrauchte Luft wird über die Decke abgezogen.
