The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is situated on the edge of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view of the sea from the property and its quiet, sunny location. The following are available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Klimno, district Klimno. The holiday apartement is located on a 570 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Cot, high chair and internet access (Wi‑Fi). Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early January to early December, 8 m x 4 m, 1.5 m deep). Heated pool.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 50.00/pet per stay.

Shopping 400 m, restaurant 400 m, town centre 400 m. Doctor, pharmacy each 400 m in Klimno. Bank in Malinska 9 km. Airport in Omislaj 6 km. Dog beach, fishing, diving, water sports facilities, boat rental, boat mooring each 50 m in Klimno. Horse riding in Malinska 8 km.

Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen in the living/bedroom with dining area, electric cooker (ceramic hob), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
