Your new dream vacation destination
Our house Ciriella Peppola is the third house in our spacious resort in the hills of Piedmont around the village of Castelletto Uzzone. A paved little road leads you up the hill, through woods and meadows, past our two houses Stella and Pigna, right up to the house. The property with a spacious tiled terrace and heated saltwater swimming pool welcomes you in the middle of an oasis among chestnut trees, offering a wide view over the hills and the valley. The house is isolated from the other houses. It is identical in construction to our house Pigna and offers space for up to 4 people over 2 floors and a gallery. The house, the associated pool, and the completely fenced garden are available exclusively for your use (no other guests). The house "Peppola" is situated with a generous distance next to the house "Lavanda"; trees and plants make the houses invisible to each other. The access to the houses is independent of one another.
In the basement are the bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin, toilet, and bidet, as well as the laundry room with washing machine, iron, ironing board, and drying rack.
The ground floor, with its approx. 50 sqm bright and open, the modern living area is one with the modern and fully equipped kitchen. Large sliding windows on both sides offer a fantastic view of the valley with its hills. From here you reach the approximately 50 sqm terrace with saltwater swimming pool (approx. 8x4m, depth approx. 1.40m).
From the ground floor, a staircase leads to the gallery (approx. 15 sqm) with a double bed.
The entire house is tiled and has underfloor heating, except for the gallery (wooden floor). The spacious terrace runs around the house and is fully tiled. On the terrace you can spend mild summer evenings in our lounge area, awnings can be extended for sun protection. Enjoy cozy barbecue evenings, an electric grill is at your disposal. The house is air-conditioned.
WiFi is available free of charge in the house and at the pool. Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots. Open living space with German-language satellite TV, sound system, relaxation couch, and large windows overlooking the hills and valleys.
Ciriella 'Peppola' is a non-smoking residence; smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or on the terraces.
The heated saltwater pool is available exclusively to guests of Peppola. Darts and table tennis table for your own free use directly at the house. The car can be comfortably parked in front of the covered basement, and suitcases and shopping can be conveniently unloaded. The house with outdoor area is completely fenced in (height approx. 1m) and secured by an electric gate.

Ciriella "Peppola" is the third house in our spacious resort. It is located in an area near the village of Castelletto Uzzone in the middle of woods and meadows at about 630 m above sea level. You can reach "Peppola" via an asphalted road, well gravelled towards the end, which leads directly to the house.
Ciriella "Peppola" is situated at about 630 m above sea level in the municipality of Castelletto Uzzone in the province of Cuneo, Piedmont region. From Cortemilia, the nearest larger town, it is about 10 km. From Strada Provinciale 52, follow the road for about three kilometres, always uphill, until you reach Ciriella at the end. There are extensive hiking trails directly from the house. A fantastic area with fantastic motorcycle routes through small villages with many curves and little traffic.
Day trips to Cinque Terre, to the sea (the idyllic Noli), to the wine region around Barolo, motorcycle tour Ligurian border ridge road (Strada del Sale) or to the thermal springs in Acqui Terme. In autumn the world famous truffle fair in Alba takes place every year with a lot of program. Stroll through the unspoiled nature, discover the wonderful cuisine of Piedmont or relax with a glass of wine in the cozy atmosphere of Ciriella

We place great importance on hygiene and cleanliness. All our bed linen and towels are cleaned and disinfected in our in-house laundry. All kitchen utensils are washed in the dishwasher at high temperatures between each guest change, and bathrooms and surfaces are additionally disinfected.

Really everything is great
If you are looking for a particularly beautiful place in southern Italy's Piedmont, then Ciriella Village is definitely worth booking. Dreamily beautiful houses with private swimming pools and every conceivable luxury. In addition, drinks are available twice a week at the central bar, and a pizza night is regularly organized with a real Pizzaiolo who bakes delicious pizzas in a stone oven. And finally, there is the wonderful hospitality of Melanie and Babette, who are there for you at any time of the day. Really recommended.

A perfect house for unforgettable moments.
We, as a family, spent a wonderful time in this dreamlike villa in Piedmont. The house is not only excellently equipped but truly leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is a dream for anyone who loves to cook, with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms are modern and spotless – we really felt at home. Particularly noteworthy is the immaculate cleanliness of the entire house, which we noticed immediately upon entering. The quiet location also impressed us – ideal for anyone seeking rest and relaxation. The heated pool was a highlight, especially for our daughter, and the loungers and umbrellas invited us to linger.
Another advantage was the air conditioning, which was not only effective but also very quiet, making it especially pleasant during the hot summer nights. We particularly enjoyed the two terraces for breakfast – one in the shade for hot days and the other with a charming view over the valley.
The service and communication with the hosts were outstanding – we felt well taken care of at all times. We are especially grateful that we could spontaneously and easily extend our stay by three nights. The offered evenings, where we got to know the local cuisine and culture, were simply unforgettable.
We can only warmly recommend this villa and will definitely come back!

Dream vacation
We had a fantastic stay at the house "Peppola". Nothing was missing and everything was very clean. The great pool invites you to linger and the surrounding terrace lets you move with the sun. The view of the hilly landscape is unique. A big thank you to Melanie for the nice care before and during the holiday. The pizza evening with "Giropizza" was very tasty, thanks for that too. We highly recommend it.

Pure relaxation in a dreamlike setting
We were in this beautiful house for 10 days in July 2023, which really leaves nothing to be desired. Top equipment, super clean, wonderfully quiet in a beautiful setting in Piedmont.
We had a great Giro Pizza evening with nice guests & neighbors, great conversations and last but not least, thanks to the empathetic hosts Melanie & Babette, it became unforgettable beautiful & relaxing days, hopefully not for the last time...
