The 2 room apartment is located in the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Ingles de Maspalomas, in a very quiet and green location. To the beach promenade it is only about 150 m and to the popular shopping and entertainment centers, Yumbo, CITA and La Sandia only about 5 minutes walk. The nearest bus stop is also only about 5 minutes walk away. The apartment complex has a garden area with swimming pool and sunbeds. The apartment consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, separate bedroom with double bed, hallway, shower / toilet with washing machine (free use), and sunny, furnished balcony with table and deck chairs. Free WLAN use is also available. The final cleaning costs 60,- EUR, includes bed linen and towels and is obligatory. An intermediate cleaning can be booked optionally for a fee of 30,- EUR incl. towels. The apartment can be occupied by a maximum of 2 persons. Please do not bring pets. We were very satisfied with the apartment overall. It is fully equipped. The location is excellent, close to the beach, dining, and shopping options. The balcony can also be used very well for sunbathing.
