Casa Roza is oocated in a small Istrian village Barboj close to beach Kanegra and Umag. Casa Roza has everything one might need on a holiday. Featuring 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen and living room. There is free wi-fi, satellite TV, air conditioning fully equipped kitchen. Outside you can find big garden with more then 1000 m2 of lawn with gazebo, dining table BBQ and on the other side of the villa large 12x4 swimming pool.

Holiday house is located along the local road, 1 km from the beaches of the Kanegra tourist resort, 4 km from Savudrija and 5 km from the center of Old Town of Umag and ATP Center Stella Maris. There are many bicycle routes nearby, like Parenzana. Nearest restaurant is only 100m, shop 2km, larger shopping center 5km, and Slovenia is only 10 km away.

Glorious residence!

We were in the accommodation with an 11-person group and had a great stay. It offers enough space for various (sports) activities and seating to eat together or play something. The hosts were very nice and always available if questions came up. With the car, it only takes a few minutes to get to the sea, and with a barcode (which you receive after check-in), you can park for free in a parking lot (Kanegra Beach). Shopping options are also easily accessible by car.
