Description

Villa Karim is located in a small and quiet place Jehnici near Visnjan and Porec. It is an ideal starting point from which you can start exploring the inland and coast of Istria, while its harmoniously decorated every corner will make your vacation pleasant to stay. The house can accommodate a maximum of eight people and contains everything you need.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and separate toilet and living room with closed fireplace and first bedroom. Two bedrooms with a bathroom are located upstairs and the whole space is connected by internal stairs. The stone walls on one side give the house authenticity and a Mediterranean atmosphere, very tasty decoration and paintings together with Mediterranean plants bring warmth to the entire estate.

The outdoor space is an oasis for relaxation and a place where you will completely connect with nature. 2000 m2 land around villa with natural shade from the tree and other Mediterranean vegetation is aroma therapy for all your senses. Villa is offering sunbeds around pool and a few hamaks among the tree to unwind from everyday stress.

Every bedroom has an exit to the terrace and plus there is a main terrace – ideal for sipping the first morning coffee, the other part of the terrace is also and there you can find big dinning table close to the barbecue, it is great for dinners and socializing with family and friends. In the garden there is a swimming pool surrounded by greenery, which makes it even more an ideal place for relaxation. The area around the garden and pool is intimately lit so that you can enjoy the romantic atmosphere in the evening.

Location and surroundings of object

Porec, which juts out into the open sea, the winding streets that lead to the cultural sights of the city are e.g. the Euphrasia Basilica, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the old fortress walls, or the Freedom Square where festivals and other events take place regularly . Many leisure activities are available, from water sports such as jet skiing, surfing and aquaparks (ideal for children) to hiking, climbing and go carting. Poreč is also known as the party metropolis of Istria, with one of the largest discos in Croatia, the Byblos, and thus attracts great DJs from all over the world.

A majestic villa

...very rustic and with many elements reminiscent of a palace, accordingly, we felt quite majestic. The covered terrace was our main headquarters, for the children the pool was of course very interesting, and one could sunbathe on the loungers all day while also watching our little ones swim. The surroundings, as well as the house, harmonize very well with each other. We were more than satisfied.
