Cholpy an old fishing village between the crowded places Sarbinowo Mielno and which has currently developed into a small resort in the town center you will find numerous Souvenierständen and small eateries and shops for Daily Vepflegung.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
An effective cancellation requires at least written form. It takes effect upon receipt by us. The following fees apply: a. up to 90 days before the start of the rental period - free cancellation b. 89 - 50 days before the start of the rental period - 50% of the total rental amount; c. 49 - 0 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount. If we do not receive a proper cancellation, 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited, even if the rented house is not occupied. However, the customer may prove that the damage incurred by us was less or did not occur. If we can rent the house to another party at the full price, the listed fees will be reduced to 25% of the total rental amount, but no less than EUR 60. If the house cannot be re-rented or not re-rented at the full price, the listed fees apply in full. If the canceling customer can provide another renter for the house for the same period and at the same price, we accept this change for a fee of EUR 60. Notification of the intended switch must be in written form at the least. A free cancellation is only possible if extraordinary circumstances at the vacation destination significantly impair the travel or the execution of the trip. These circumstances must be present at the time of the start of the trip. A travel warning from the Foreign Office* or a lockdown is considered a strong indication of extraordinary circumstances.

Perfect for large families/groups
We spent two wonderful weeks in this beautiful and perfectly divided house and can recommend it without reservation.
The house spans three floors. Each room can be locked, has its own bathroom and TV – ideal for large families or groups.
The kitchen is new, fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer + additional refrigerator for example for drinks near the terrace) and offers all the dishes you need. In the dining room, there is a large coffee machine and a 4-slice toaster.
The laundry package, which can be booked additionally, includes bed linen + 1 large & 1 small towel per person and was changed upon request after a week.
The large garden is completely fenced, perfect for dogs (only at the double gate did we have to help out a bit with rabbit wire) and is well equipped with chairs, tables, sun umbrellas, lounge, and grill. Only one small downside: Currently, there are no play equipment in the garden. However, in response to our suggestion, we were informed that they are already planned.
Regarding the landlord: always reachable, helpful, and reliable.
The beach is only about 400 m away, easily reachable in a few minutes. Conveniently, a cart for luggage is available. Nearby, there is a mini-market, a bakery (open from 7 AM), restaurants, snack bars, ice cream parlors, and small stands with jewelry, toys, clothing, and souvenirs. You can leisurely walk along the beach to Sarbinowo. For larger purchases, the Polomarket is reachable by car in 5 minutes, a Lidl in about 15 minutes (Mielno).
Dogs are allowed on the beach at any time. Conclusion: A spacious, well-equipped holiday home in a great location – we felt very comfortable and would love to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Family vacation
The house offers enough space; we were there with the whole family (14 people + 1 toddler). The common room could have more comfortable chairs, which would make gathering in the evenings and during less pleasant weather cozier. The beach is close by, and when the wind is right, you can hear the surf, even though there are still some buildings between the house and the beach. The landlord is very accommodating and helpful, even with questions that do not concern the house. We would definitely come back.

Super holiday!
We were with our extended family in the house, there was room for everyone, I thought it was great that everyone had their own bathroom in their bedroom, it is not far to the beach, where you could make wonderful long walks on the beach, unfortunately in the low season there was no restaurant open, but you were quickly by car in Milno, where there are great restaurants, all in all, the holiday was very nice, can not find fault with the house and the contact with the landlord. Thank you very much!

Large family on summer holiday
With our extended family, we had completely taken over the house and it completely fulfilled our expectations. Clean rooms, toilets and showers everywhere, a large garden - somewhat shielded from the neighbours by a large hedge, short walk to the beach. What more could you want? The small shops in the village are sufficient for small purchases in between. Booking and communication went smoothly. Also the handing over of the keys. Actually there is nothing to complain about. In bad weather (which we didn't have) there is no cosy group room. The kitchen was functional and sufficient for the size of the group. We like to come again

Friendly contact with the landlord. Very well suited for larger groups. We didn't miss anything. Small problems have been quickly resolved. Those who expect golden faucets and marble tiles for these conditions are mistaken. A well-kept and well-equipped holiday home!
