Description
Welcome to the holiday home "Huus Mooi Utblick".
The holiday home can accommodate up to 10 people, but it is also cozy for two or four people and does not feel too large.
On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a TV, living room with a fireplace, a daylight bathroom with a corner bathtub, a guest toilet, and a large kitchen.
Upstairs, there are four more bedrooms (one of which has a TV) and a daylight bathroom. When you enter the house, on the left is the guest WC and on the right is the large eat-in kitchen.
The dining table is extendable and can be used by a total of 10 people.

The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, dining and cookware, casserole dishes, etc. equipped, so there's nothing standing in the way of cozy cooking evenings, sociable gatherings, or daily needs.
Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a spacious storage room for food, beverages, and much more. A second refrigerator is available.
Two Trip Trap high chairs are available for your little ones.
The daylight bathroom features a large shower (100 x 100 cm), corner bathtub, towel radiator, sink, hair dryer, vanity mirror, and toilet. In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa landscape. Relax while watching TV, watch a DVD, and for special coziness, the fireplace is available. There is plenty of firewood.
In the bedroom, there is a double bed (180x200 cm) with individual mattresses, wardrobe, nightstands with integrated 3-compartment USB charging stations, TV, and chair.
You are welcome to rent bed linen and towels from us for a fee. On the upper floor, there are four more bedrooms. Each contains two single beds (90x200 cm) which can also be combined into a double bed, as well as a wardrobe. One bedroom is equipped with a television.
For our younger guests, two baby travel cots are available free of charge, which can be set up in any bedroom.
In the hallway, there is a changing table and a comfortable armchair where one can retreat with their child for nursing. But it is also a place to sit down and read a book or to linger.
A second daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower (90x90cm), washbasin, toilet, towel radiator, hairdryer, vanity mirror, and a washing machine. To dry the washed laundry, two clothes racks are available.
You can store your suitcases or other utensils in a small room.
Outside, you can use a covered terrace. On colder days, simply turn on the heater. Behind the house, there is a large lawn and a sun terrace.
In front of the house, conveniently located next to the kitchen, there is another small sun terrace, where you can enjoy your afternoon coffee or East Frisian tea.
In front of the house, there is a large parking area that can accommodate enough cars.
The property is enclosed by hedges and privacy screens. Bicycles can be sheltered under a cover. All windows and patio doors have shutters.

Location and surroundings of object
To give you an idea of where the holiday home on the North Sea is located, we would like to describe it to you:
The village of Rechtsupweg (affectionately also described as left of the water) is located in beautiful East Frisia on the North Sea coast and the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site.
It is about 15 km to the sea. The nearest possibility is in Norddeich. From there you can take the ferry to the East Frisian islands of Norderney or Juist.
But you can also reach other seaside resorts in 30 to 40 minutes by car - Neuharlingersiel, Carolinensiel, Bensersiel, Hooksiel, etc.
The romantic fishing village of Greetsiel is about 20 km from Rechtsupweg and is always worth a visit.
A small EDEKA market and a bakery are within easy reach.
For larger purchases, you can drive to Moordorf or Marienhafe, about 5 km away. Lidl, Aldi, Combi, KIK, Tedi and Rossmann are located there.
Our small zoo with petting zoo is within walking distance. For bad weather, there are numerous playhouses and other facilities available.
The cities of Aurich and Emden are worth a visit.

Cancellation terms:
Withdrawal from the contract You can withdraw from the rental contract at any time before the rental period begins. Declarations of withdrawal must be made in writing without fail. In the event of your withdrawal, we may charge a flat-rate withdrawal fee, calculated considering saved expenses and the possible alternative occupancy of the holiday home. These flat-rate fees are based on the rental price: - Up to 45 days before the rental begins: 15% of the total price - From 44 days before the rental begins: 50% of the total price - From 21 days before the rental begins: 80% of the total price Substitute renters If you are unable to use the rented holiday home yourself for compelling reasons as planned, you have the right to provide a substitute renter up until the contractual rental start date. However, it is required that you notify us of this intention no later than the day before the rental begins, specifying the details of the substitute tenant (name, address, and number of persons). The landlord can object to the change if there are reasons related to the person of the substitute tenant and/or if legal or regulatory provisions oppose it. Travel cancellation insurance The rental price does not include travel cancellation insurance. This should be obtained separately by you. Obtaining it is strongly recommended for your own safety. The cost is negligible compared to what it might cost if you are unable to start your holiday due to sudden illness.

The holiday home is in a rural location. There is a horse meadow behind the property and a large meadow in front of the house as well. There is a gravelled, uneven private road leading to the house itself, which can only be driven on at walking pace.
This means that children can run around freely, but parents are still obliged to exercise due diligence.
There are numerous restaurants and shopping facilities nearby: Aldi. Lidl, Combi, Rossmann etc.
The beach and the ferry terminal of Norddeich are approx. 17 km away. From there you have good connections to the East Frisian Islands, Norderney and Juist
The seaport of Emden is about 12 km away. The birthplace of Otto Waalkes.

Pure relaxation
Very well located holiday home. You can quickly reach the coast, Leer, Emden, and Aurich. Nothing was missing. Unfortunately, it is difficult to find restaurants now in the off-season.

Great holiday home
Super equipped and clean holiday home with a view of a horse meadow. Perfect for relaxing and recovering! We and our dog felt very comfortable and explored the numerous dog beaches in the area. Mrs. Witte also responded very quickly to inquiries. Thank you for that! We would love to come back :)
