Description
Welcome to the holiday home "Huus Mooi Utblick".
You can use the holiday home for up to 10 people, but it is also cosy for two or four people and doesn't feel too big.
On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with TV, living room with fireplace, daylight bathroom with shower and corner bath, guest toilet and large kitchen/living room.
On the upper floor there are four more bedrooms (one of them with TV) and a daylight bathroom with shower.
When you enter the house, the guest toilet is on the left and the large eat-in kitchen is on the right.
The dining table is extendable and can be used by a total of 10 people.

The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, eating and cooking utensils, casseroles etc., so nothing stands in the way of cosy cooking evenings, a sociable get-together or daily supplies.
Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a spacious storage room for food, drinks and much more. A second refrigerator is available.
Two Trip Trap high chairs are available for your little ones.
The daylight shower room has a large shower (100 x 100 cm), corner bath, towel radiator, washbasin, hairdryer, vanity mirror and toilet.
In the living room you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa. Relax while watching TV, watch a DVD and for extra cosiness, the fireplace is at your disposal. There is plenty of firewood available.
In the bedroom there is a double bed (180x200 cm) with single mattresses, wardrobe, bedside tables with integrated 3 compartment USB charging stations, TV and chair.
You are welcome to borrow bed linen and towels from us for a fee.
There are four more bedrooms on the upper floor. These are each equipped with double beds (180x200cm) with single mattresses and wardrobe. There is a TV in one bedroom.
For our little guests, two baby travel cots are available free of charge, which can be placed in each bedroom.
In the hallway there is a changing table and a cosy armchair where you can withdraw with your child to breastfeed. But this place also invites you to read a book or to linger.
A second daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower (90x90cm), washbasin, toilet, towel radiator, hairdryer, make-up mirror and washing machine. Two clothes drying racks are available to dry the washed clothes.
You can store your suitcases or other utensils in a small room.
Outside, you can use a covered terrace. On colder days, simply turn on the radiant heater. Behind the house there is a large lawn and a sun terrace
In front of the house, conveniently located by the kitchen, is another small sun terrace where you can enjoy your afternoon coffee or East Frisian tea.
In front of the house there is a large parking area with enough space for cars.
The property is enclosed by hedges and screens. Bicycles can be stored under a roof.
All windows and patio doors have roller shutters.

Location and surroundings of object
To give you an idea of where the holiday home on the North Sea is located, we would like to describe it to you:
The village of Rechtsupweg (affectionately also described as left of the water) is located in beautiful East Frisia on the North Sea coast and the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site.
It is about 15 km to the sea. The nearest possibility is in Norddeich. From there you can take the ferry to the East Frisian islands of Norderney or Juist.
But you can also reach other seaside resorts in 30 to 40 minutes by car - Neuharlingersiel, Carolinensiel, Bensersiel, Hooksiel, etc.
The romantic fishing village of Greetsiel is about 20 km from Rechtsupweg and is always worth a visit.
A small EDEKA market and a bakery are within easy reach.
For larger purchases, you can drive to Moordorf or Marienhafe, about 5 km away. Lidl, Aldi, Combi, KIK, Tedi and Rossmann are located there.
Our small zoo with petting zoo is within walking distance. For bad weather, there are numerous playhouses and other facilities available.
The cities of Aurich and Emden are worth a visit.

The holiday home is in a rural location. There is a horse meadow behind the property and a large meadow in front of the house as well. There is a gravelled, uneven private road leading to the house itself, which can only be driven on at walking pace.
This means that children can run around freely, but parents are still obliged to exercise due diligence.
There are numerous restaurants and shopping facilities nearby: Aldi. Lidl, Combi, Rossmann etc.
The beach and the ferry terminal of Norddeich are approx. 17 km away. From there you have good connections to the East Frisian Islands, Norderney and Juist
The seaport of Emden is about 12 km away. The birthplace of Otto Waalkes.

Pure relaxation
Very well located holiday home. You can quickly reach the coast, Leer, Emden, and Aurich. Nothing was missing. Unfortunately, it is difficult to find restaurants now in the off-season.

Great holiday home
Super equipped and clean holiday home with a view of a horse meadow. Perfect for relaxing and recovering! We and our dog felt very comfortable and explored the numerous dog beaches in the area. Mrs. Witte also responded very quickly to inquiries. Thank you for that! We would love to come back :)
