Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with sofa bed in living room for extra two people.
From the terrace and solarium you have a beautiful view of the swimming pool (with children's pool). Also beautiful panoramic view of the sea (3 km).
The solarium is equipped with a large shade sail, side sails, barbecue and fridge. No direct neighbors on the solarium and on the balcony, so excellent privacy. Solarium with SOLAR SHOWER !

Location and surroundings of object
Located in Villamartin urbanization Los Dolses, in an extremely green area. Everywhere there are palm trees and parks in the area, you rarely find in other urbanizations. At 400m from supermarket, and commercial center Los Dolses (with shops, restaurants, bars, bank,...). Another 400m further there is the commercial center Rioja. At 15 minutes walk (or even faster by bus) you are in Villamartin Plaza and Villamartin Golf.
Villamartin Plaza is a cozy Andalusian-style shopping center with shops and numerous restaurants with different dishes (German, Chinese, English, Taiwanese, Indian, Swedish, Mexican, Austrian,....). You will also find karaoke, pool and bowling. In the bars there is live music in the summer. You can hear and see the local wild parrots in the palm trees.
Villamartin Golf is considered one of the most beautiful and best golf courses in the region. Other golf courses in the immediate vicinity are Las Ramblas and Campoamor. A little further there is the new La Finca golf course.
At 3 km from the beach (Playa Flamenca), and 2 km from the commercial center Zenia Boulevard, with about 150 shops and numerous restaurants.
There is a bus service with stops at Los Dolses, La Zenia and Playa Flamenca, ideal for going to the beach (every hour, every day in summer, only during the week in winter). You can also use this bus to go to Campoamor, Cabo Roig, Villa Costa and Villamartin.
Alicante and Murcia airports are both around 50 minutes' drive away. There is a shuttle bus that takes you very quickly from Alicante airport to Torrevieja, where you can then take a taxi to Los Dolses (12 km). If you want to explore the surrounding area, you can of course also rent a car directly at the airport for your entire holiday, at very reasonable prices (we can give you very useful tips about the best prices).

Rest vacation
We have once again enjoyed a 5-star stay at Casa Amelia. Everything for a perfect holiday is available! Clean apartment, plenty of towels (and if that's not enough, there is also a washing machine with detergent available), coffee maker (filter and Dolce Gusto), shops within walking distance, the well-maintained pool at the bottom of the stairs, the spacious rooftop terrace with sunbeds where it is delightful to relax until late at night, the beach is 12,000 steps away (round trip), restaurants nearby, and good Spanish restaurants a 10-minute drive away in Torrevieja. In short, we love coming here and will definitely be back!

Everything was great for us.
It was spotless and well-maintained with every imaginable comfort.

You can enjoy the lovely sun terrace with a beautiful view.
The pool is nearby and was well-maintained.
Everything was perfectly explained by the friendly keyholder who also spoke English. The location is within walking distance of the La Zenia shopping center. It is definitely worth repeating for us.
