This luxurious, detached villa is located in the green holiday park Résidence Lichtenvoorde, in the pleasant area of the Achterhoek, at approx. 4.5 km from the historic village of Lichtenvoorde, 25 km east of the city of Doetinchem.
The villa covers two floors and is furnished in a modern, comfortable and complete way. On the ground floor, there is a living room with smart TV and a nice atmospheric fireplace. There is an open plan kitchen featuring a dishwasher and a microwave. A double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet in the hall complete the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find another five double bedrooms and a two bathrooms with shower. In one of the bathrooms, you will find a sun shower for some extra relaxation while showering. You have a separate toilet on the landing. All beds are of the single type. box-spring bed, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. The villa has underfloor heating.
The true showpieces of this villa are outside. Here, you will find private wellness facilities: a sauna, a spa and an outdoor shower. Of course, you also have a nice garden with terrace and garden furniture at your disposal. There's parking space for two cars directly at the villa.
At holiday park Résidence Lichtenvoorde, various chalets and villas can be booked for four to fourteen people.

Surrounded by various bodies of water, Résidence Lichtenvoorde is situated in the heart of Lichtenvoorde, the greenest community. Lichtenvoorde, which is sometimes called Keistad (boulder town), is a marvellous village with a rich history. The village has charming and inviting cafes, while also being surrounded by lots of natural beauty. Winding streams meander through the countryside, while farms and castles radiate an aura of bygone days. This gently rolling countryside alternates between forests, meadows and fields. You will also find the largest vineyards in the Netherlands here. Résidence Lichtenvoorde does not have any busy facilities to disturb your peace and quiet. It is the ideal park for relaxation and makes a great base for exploring this beautiful area. The area offers plenty to see and do for all ages.
For example, there is the Megapret indoor/outdoor park in Lievelde, Freriks petting zoo and native plant garden in Winterswijk, the fire-fighting and storm museum in Borculo, the Ezelstal de Edelingen donkey sanctuary in Zelhem, Bahia water and sauna world in Bocholt, the Modelspoor Panorama model railroad museum in Aalten and the Walibi World and Het Land van Jan Klaassen amusement parks in Braamt.
Résidence Lichtenvoorde is a natural holiday park offering plenty of space and tranquillity. No busy facilities, just pure relaxation.
Not all homes are located on the water.

House and location is beautiful. The extractor hood makes a huge noise, which is a downside. Garden fantastic and sauna and jacuizzi a molester.

Beautifully landscaped, new park in a beautiful setting. Interesting for families with children of primary school age. (play facilities, -simple- swimming pool and regularly "lands" an adventurous inflatable thing on the site for a few hours or such a large model fairytale character walks around. Also for couples without children or a family meeting in a spacious family home (our midweek) certainly highly recommended.Rest, greenery and friendliness.

Beautiful park, house modern and nicely decorated, but too many vulnerable things if there are children. Pool could not be used/ disappointment. Jacuzzi could not be used/ disappointment Rooms upstairs were very cold. Too bad there is no supermarket.

Het personeel geweldig en behulpzaam. De jacuzzi’s worden na elk bezoek helemaal leeg gepompt en schoongemaakt en opnieuw gevuld. Wij hadden problemen met 1 van de 2 sauna’s die we hadden. Super mooie nieuw allemaal! Je krijgt een rituals douche setje en afwasborstel met sop en vaatwas tablet. Wij zelf handdoeken meegenomen maar die kon je ook huren. In de villa ook infrarood/sunshower douche die goed werkte. Al met al een super weekend gehad!!

It was a beautiful villa in a beautiful setting. The photos on the website are of different houses so read the booking carefully to know what you get for your money. It was all well maintained and looked neat and the people at the park are friendly and helpful.
