This modern, approx. 80 m² terraced house is quietly situated a few metres off the road in the
in the holiday park HET KUSTLICHT and is accessible via a shell path.
Public parking is available in the park in the immediate vicinity.
Park HET KUSTLICHT is located directly behind the dunes on the south beach of the North Sea.
The village of Zoutelande is approx. 1 km away and the supermarket is 800 m away.
The park also has a restaurant and snack bar,
as well as a playground (in the back) and a boules court

Zoutelande is a pretty village on the beautiful peninsula of Walcheren. In the year 2013
Zoutelande was rated by the public as the best place to visit in the Netherlands
It has the only true southern beach in the Netherlands and is therefore also called the 'Zeeland Rivièra'. According to the measurements of an independent national weather service, the weather in Zoutelande is often better than in the rest of the Netherlands

It is protected by the highest dunes in the region
It has a 'blue flag'
This means that it is clean and has many amenities,
such as showers, toilets, cabins and first aid posts
The place
The centre of Zoutelande is within easy walking distance and has terraces, shops, cafes and restaurants waiting for you. There are good shopping facilities with a wide range of regional products. Supermarket, fishmonger, bicycle rental, doctor, bank, drugstore, and a museum are also within easy reach
During the summer months there are various attractions and events such as
Ring riding, carriage rides, hang gliding, beach ball, motocross, golf, mini golf, helicopter tours, Zeeland marathon and summer markets.

The arrival is always possible on Saturdays from 8:00, the departure is always on Fridays until 11:00, because the house is cleaned afterwards If no defects are found, the full deposit will be refunded within one week after departure Towels/bath towels/bath mats etc. are not included in the service and must be brought by yourself. |

Alle Bedürfnisse und Wünsche würden erfüllt
Das mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Während des Aufenthaltes fehlte es uns an nichts. Ob Weber Kugelgrill, oder Siemens Backofen, alle Gegenstände sind sehr wertig, die Einrichtung sieht aus wie nagelneu.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem und auch auf der Terrasse kann man seinen Urlaub sehr genießen.
Fußläufig erreicht man in unter 5 Minuten die Nordsee, in 10 Minuten den Ort Zoutelande mit verschiedenen Einkaufs- und Bummelmöglichkeiten.
Die 14 Tage im Ferienhaus waren sehr Erholsam.
Insgesamt werden wir auf jedenfall wieder kommen, das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis, Ausstattung, Lage und die sehr unkomplizierte und freundliche Vermieterin haben uns überzeugt
