Description
The villa (2021) is suitable for four people. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms. One of the rooms has a comfortable double bed and the other has two comfortable single box spring beds. Both rooms have their own bathroom with toilet.
The spacious kitchen offers all amenities. There is a Smeg dishwasher and a large Smeg refrigerator. Stones from the beach in Matala were worked into the beautiful worktop.
From the living room, which is furnished with a lounge sofa and Gispen armchairs, you have access to the spacious terrace with a large pergula and a lower terrace with a 700 year old olive tree. The swimming pool (8x4) is directly adjacent to the terrace. The spacious front garden has its own parking lot and various fruit trees as well as own vegetables and herbs.
The very spacious garden with swimming pool offers a lot of privacy.

Location and surroundings of object
Villa Louloudia is located on the outskirts of the village of Pitsidia, ideally located for excursions to all the surrounding authentic, beautiful villages. Like Kalamaki, Sivas, and Kamilari. Or to interesting archaeological sites and beautiful beaches.
Within ten minutes you can walk through small, narrow streets into the beautiful old town of Pitsidia, where there are several restaurants and shops.
Komos Beach is about 3 km away and the village of Matala is only 4 km away, known for its caves which were a haven for the hippies in the 1960s. Matala has a beautiful beach, nice shops, various restaurants and night life. From Matala you can walk in 20 minutes over a hill to Red Beach, where nudism is allowed.

The guest experience is overwhelming! The luxury and the high quality are reflected everywhere. Due to the location on the edge of the village there is a lot of privacy. Perfect relaxation is ideal, but a cozy BBQ with music is also possible.

Wunderbar
Wir kommen wieder: die Villa ist wunderschön und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausglüge oder einfach nur, um am Pool zu bleiben. Die Gastgeber sind hilfsbereite, super charmante Menschen. Wir kommen wieder.

Rundum entspannt
Ein schönes Haus mit individueller Einrichtung, liebevoll ausgesucht. Die Küche enthält alles, was man braucht. Haus und Pool waren super sauber. Der Pool ist groß genug um "richtig" schwimmen zu können. Ein sehr schöner Garten und stabile Poolliegen runden den Sonnengenuss ab.
Die Besitzer Jaqueline und Pilo, die nebenan in einem eigenen Haus wohnen, sind umwerfend! Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir Wein und einen großen Obstkorb, der bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts reichte. Dazu ein so reichhaltiges Frühstück mit Joghurt, Honig, Rührei, Wurst, Käse, Obst..., kaum zu schaffen. Gute Restaurants gibt's in Pitsidia, Kamilari, Kalamaki. Vor allem die Taverne Vrachos oberhalb des Comos Beach ist zu empfehlen. Die Lage der Villa Louloudia ist ideal, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden zu können, die der Süden in dieser Gegend bietet (archäologische Stätten, Strände, Berge, kleine Orte, Asteroussiagebirge...). What a wonderful place!
Villa Louloudia is a magical place. The house is spacious and very skillfully decorated. Beautiful and relaxed, in an easy luxurious way but without being overwhelming or feeling that you can’t really live. You feel right at home. The light and atmosphere is wonderful and the beds are some of the best I slept in. The bathroom has a heated floor when it’s chillier - so also perfect outside of the high season. There’s a fruit and vegetable garden in front and a huge patio with a pool in the back with an awesome view of the mountain range. Here you can relax, sunbathe, have breakfast, lunch, dinner - anything. The owners are welcoming and so helpful. The villa is located on the outskirts of the village, it’s very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely come back and advise anyone considering going to Crete to stay here for a few days or more. You won’t regret it!

Superplek, stijl, comfort en uitzicht, hip.
Het is een prettige samenkomen bij het grote privé-zwembad, en het uitzicht op de bergen rond de baai van Matala blijft voor altijd op je netvlies staan. Prettige zitjes overal en stijlvolle inrichting, zowel binnen als buiten. Winkels vlakbij, zee vlakbij, restaurants om de hoek. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend lief en behulpzaam, ze kennen de omgeving op hun duimpje. Een hele warme en bijzondere plek, alles bijdehand. Je komt er tot rust. Wij komen zeker weer. Bedankt voor alles.
