Description

Enjoy this wonderful house with family, family, or friends! Fully equipped: including very fast Wi-Fi (free), private pool, outdoor shower, beautiful garden, spacious full kitchen, children's toys, BBQ, air conditioning, sliding screens, good beds, generous towel set including beach towel.
Separate 3rd bedroom with bathroom for more privacy.
To control the mosquito population, the garden undergoes a very effective treatment once a month (May-October). Fewer mosquitoes = more peace and comfort for our guests!

In the quiet villa district of Ortembach, this charming villa stands on a fenced plot of 1000 m2. Very suitable for 1 or 2 families as well as for a group of friends. Around the villa is a beautiful and well-maintained Mediterranean garden, private swimming pool, various terraces, and lots of privacy. Also available for long-term rental (longer than 1 month) for which tailor-made rates can be discussed. You can contact us by email for this. The villa accommodates up to 6 adults and 1 child up to 2-3 years old (available: high chair, cot and outdoor playpen/bed, baby bath, changing mat, potty, toys (1-6 yrs.)). For the 7th person, an extra bed can be added in the studio upon request.
The villa is bright and tastefully decorated. There is a large selection of good Dutch-language books (novels, thrillers, etc.) and board games available. A Chromecast is available with which you can, for example, Netflix, Videoland, NPO Start, YouTube etc. can be streamed from your own device!

Bedrooms
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with extra long beds (180 x 210 cm). The 3rd bedroom with a new bathroom is located in the studio in the basement. The studio has its own entrance and is accessible from outside. If you come with 2 families or with older children, the studio offers extra privacy. All bedrooms are equipped with excellent air conditioning units (hot/cold) and also provided with screens and blackout curtains or shutters.
In the winter months, the villa is centrally heated with a gas-fired central heating system.
A silent ceiling fan in the living room provides cooling in the summer months. Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer combination, an electric ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, (filter) coffee maker, Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle, citrus press, and a hand blender.
Ironing board and steam iron are available.
Your safety has also been considered. In the kitchen there is a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector.

TV, audio and entertainment
In the living room there is the digital satellite TV which, among other things, can receive channels from the Netherlands, England, Germany, Belgium, and France. Thanks to a Chromecast, you can stream your own streaming subscriptions, such as Netflix and Videoland, from your laptop or mobile phone to the TV.
Via the DENON receiver, you can listen to your favorite music using Bluetooth. The fireplace makes the house extra cozy in winter.
There is a good and free WIFI connection in and around the villa, but you can also receive your own internet provider well. At the large dining table in the dining room, it's not only cozy dining. You can also make use of the many board games available to you. It's wonderful to read or take a siesta in the lounge chairs.

Swimming Pool
Around the beautiful, illuminated swimming pool, there is plenty of space to relax on the sunbeds or to grill a fish on the BBQ. The depth of the pool varies between approximately 110-210 cm. An outdoor shower (hot & cold) is available. From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the Penon d'Ifach, the sea, and the wide surroundings.

Reception
About 1 week before arrival you will receive by email the information booklet and directions to Casa Prudentia. You will be welcomed at the villa by Sonia, our enthusiastic hostess. Sonia will show you around and explain the use of several appliances.
The beds will be made up for you upon arrival and a welcome drink will be waiting for you! Sonia speaks fluent Spanish, German and English

Unique holiday experience

This holiday home is perfect for relaxation from day one. Those who enjoy peace and do not want to be in the bustling tourist center of Calpe are exactly right here. Very nice house with a lovely garden! Very clean and great contact with Sonia, who manages the house in Spain. Lidl within walking distance and also the boulevard is within walking distance. We really enjoyed our vacation. Our two children (4 years and 10 months) also had a great time! Definitely a recommendation!

a place to return to!

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the villa upon our arrival, top-notch. The location is okay; walking to the supermarket is no problem, but the beach and town require a bit more effort. It was especially the peace and privacy that we enjoyed so much.

A second home!

Loving decorated Spanish villa, with great attention to detail! We have enjoyed the Spanish sun during the winter months. Feels like home! All comforts and a great hostess. (Sonia) You can feel the warmth of the sister owners and you truly lack nothing! Lovely pool with many terraces and delightful romantic corners! The location is also beautiful; you can walk to the beach and the supermarket, as well as many restaurants and bars within walking distance! This is a winner! We will definitely go back!

beautiful house with a high relaxation factor

The house is located in a quiet residential area and yet is central. The beautiful pool area offers maximum privacy. It is practical that there is a small supermarket in just a 10-minute walk, which sells everything for daily use.

Our host Sonia is very friendly and helpful. For the first two days, the power went out due to a storm. The cause was not in the house, but on public property. The owner and Sonia did everything they could to get the power back soon. As compensation for the inconvenience, we were invited by the owner to have a nice dinner. Thank you very much for that!

We can fully recommend Casa Prudentia. We will definitely come back.

Top holiday home

We highly recommend this villa; it was super clean and well-maintained. It is equipped with all necessities for comfort. The pool was great in terms of size and depth, with plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas, and tables around the pool. The location is excellent! Delightful week at Casa Prudentia

We had another wonderful week at Casa Prudentia. This time we were with our family and our 3-year-old granddaughter. (earlier with friends) It is a lovely house, equipped with all comforts. The pool in front of the door completes the vacation feeling. The reception by Sonia was again very nice, and everything looked spotless. Sonia is always very involved and wants to help with everything if needed. A message from her after a few days, asking if everything is still to our liking, shows her involvement with the guests.
We look forward to coming again next year with the children and then 2 grandchildren.

SCHÖNE WOCHE IM CASA PRUDENTIA
Wir hatten wieder eine wunderbare Woche im Casa Prudentia. Dieses Mal waren wir mit unserer Familie und unserer 3-jährigen Enkelin dort. (vorher mit Freunden)
Es ist ein schönes Haus, komplett ausgestattet. Der Swimmingpool vor der Tür rundet das Urlaubsgefühl ab.
Der Empfang durch Sonia war wieder sehr nett und alles sah blitzblank aus.
Sonia ist immer sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit, wenn es nötig ist. Eine E-Mail von ihr nach ein paar Tagen, in der sie fragt, ob alles noch so ist, wie es sein soll, zeigt ihr Engagement für die Gäste.
Wir freuen uns darauf, nächstes Jahr mit den Kindern und dann 2 Enkelkindern wiederzukommen.

For the 3rd time

This is our third time staying in this property in a short period, and certainly not the last time. Everything is present and in perfect order. I have previously been in many rental properties in Calpe, but most are only out to earn as much as possible with as little maintenance as possible. Here it is completely different; the owners ensure that everything remains in very good condition and make a lot of effort and invest in new things. My wife is, for example, sensitive to mosquitoes, but here they hire a company to do an outdoor treatment to combat the mosquitoes. And we must not forget Sonia, the hostess, who is always ready and where you can always go. Thank you!

Für uns das 3. Mal in diesem Haus in kurzer Zeit und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal.... Alles ist da und in perfekter Ordnung. Ich war schon in vielen Vermietungsobjekten in Calpe, aber die meisten sind nur darauf aus, so viel wie möglich mit so wenig Wartung wie möglich zu verdienen.
Hier ist es ganz anders, die Eigentümer sorgen dafür, dass alles in einem sehr guten Zustand bleibt und investieren viel in neue Dinge. Meine Frau reagiert zum Beispiel empfindlich auf Mücken, aber hier kommt eine Firma, um die Mücken draußen zu bekämpfen. Und nicht zu vergessen Sonia, die Gastgeberin, die immer bereit ist und an die man sich jederzeit wenden kann. Danke!

Great holidays!

The house is very clean and very functional. Everything you need is available, it's perfect. The pool is very beautiful and the outdoor area is well decorated and arranged. I highly recommend this rental. We are 20 minutes away from the city center or the sea on foot so it's perfect.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und funktional. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, das ist perfekt. Der Pool ist sehr schön und der Außenbereich ist gut dekoriert und gestaltet. Ich würde diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir sind nur 20 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum oder vom Meer entfernt, also ist es perfekt.

Lovely holiday home!

What a lovely house it is!
The beach and seawater were wonderful. You can seek the hustle and bustle or relax by the pool. Everything was beautifully clean. In the living room, a large spacious couch and a very friendly hostess. I miss nothing there. We had a great time. Fortunately, I was able to book again in September.

Comfortable house with excellent location.

The holiday home is well-maintained and the gardens around the house are also in perfect condition. Inside, everything you need is present: plenty of power outlets, comfortable seats, mosquito nets in the rooms, and most importantly, a well-functioning and silent air conditioning system for hot days. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances in excellent condition, no old worn-out devices. All kitchen utensils from plates to pans and cutlery are in perfect condition. Outside, there are 2 sets of tables where you can sit in both the sun and shade. There is nothing to criticize about the sunbeds either. Outside, there is a shower and a pleasant swimming pool facing south/west where you can enjoy the sun until evening. There was also a clear manual about the house and the operation of the devices. Furthermore, there is a mandatory final cleaning, which I am a big fan of. This way, you usually arrive in a clean house, as was the case here. The managers Sonia and Olexie were always available for anything and provided clear explanations. You can reach the 2 beaches within a 5-minute drive. We will definitely return, Patrick.

KOMFORTABLES HAUS MIT HERVORRAGENDER LAGE

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und auch die Gärten rund um das Haus sind in bester Ordnung.
Im Inneren ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht: viele Steckdosen, bequeme Sitze, Moskitonetze in den Zimmern und - ganz wichtig an heißen Tagen - eine gut funktionierende und geräuschlose Klimaanlage. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, und es gibt hochwertige Geräte in ausgezeichnetem Zustand, keine alten, veralteten. Alle Küchenutensilien, von Tellern über Pfannen bis hin zu Besteck, sind ebenfalls in einwandfreiem Zustand. Im Außenbereich gibt es 2 Tischgruppen, an denen Sie sowohl in der Sonne als auch im Schatten sitzen können. Auch die Liegestühle sind in perfektem Zustand. Draußen gibt es eine Dusche und einen schönen Pool, der nach Süden/Westen ausgerichtet ist, wo Sie die Sonne bis zum Abend genießen können. Es gab auch ein klares Handbuch über das Haus und wie die Geräte funktionieren.
Außerdem ist eine Endreinigung vorgeschrieben, die ich sehr schätze. Auf diese Weise hat man in der Regel immer noch ein sauberes Haus, wie es hier der Fall war. Außerdem waren die Managerinnen Sonia und Olexie immer für alles zu haben und gaben klare Erklärungen. Die 2 Strände sind nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. wonderful holiday home

We have stayed for the second time in this amazing vacation home in Calpe, and just like the previous time, we had a great stay with excellent service from the owner and hostess.

The house is equipped with all amenities and offers a lot of comfort. Beautiful large well-maintained garden with plenty of privacy and a lovely pool, including many umbrellas and enough loungers for the whole family. We made good use of the barbecue corner when we weren't dining at one of the many nice restaurants along the boulevard or in the village.

Inside, there is a spacious modern kitchen, a separate dining room, and a cozy living room with luxury audio and video/tv equipment. All bedrooms (both upstairs and downstairs in the studio) are equipped with well-functioning and silent air conditioning. Additionally, the beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable. The location of the house is great, in a quiet neighborhood with supermarkets, the beach, and the village nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay again and will definitely come a third time! (and who knows, even more!)

Excellent holiday with the family in Spain.

Excellent holiday with the family, lovely villa in a peaceful setting but not too far from the center. We would highly recommend the villa, the location was great...close enough to walk to local shops, beaches, and restaurants but far enough out so that you can relax in a quiet location. Communication between the owner and me before traveling was excellent, and we were provided with a large amount of information ahead of travel about the local area and information about the villa. Maria met us at the villa on our arrival and couldn't have been more helpful. She provided us with taxi numbers and gave advice about the local area. Maria made us feel welcome and encouraged us to contact her if there were any issues during our stay (there wasn't). The villa itself was very clean and well-maintained, with plenty of towels for the beach and for use within the villa (no need to bring your own). There were some toys provided for our daughter, which was a lovely touch. The outside area was exceptional with BBQ facilities, plenty of sun loungers, and a number of umbrellas, which were needed at this time of year. The pool was immaculately clean and was cleaned twice during our stay. Our family had a lovely stay, and we would not hesitate in returning to this beautiful area. The Old Town is definitely worth a visit for anyone visiting for the first time. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. x

Die Kommunikation zwischen dem Eigentümer und mir vor der Reise war ausgezeichnet und wir wurden mit einer großen Menge an Informationen vor der Reise über die lokale Umgebung und Informationen über die Villa zur Verfügung gestellt. Maria hat uns bei unserer Ankunft in der Villa abgeholt und hätte nicht hilfreicher sein können, sie hat uns mit Taxinummern versorgt und uns Ratschläge über die lokale Umgebung gegeben. Maria gab uns das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein und ermutigte uns, sie zu kontaktieren, wenn es irgendwelche Probleme während unseres Aufenthaltes gab (die es nicht gab). Die Villa selbst war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt, es gab genügend Handtücher für den Strand und für den Gebrauch innerhalb der Villa (man muss keine eigenen mitbringen). Für unsere Tochter wurden einige Spielsachen zur Verfügung gestellt, was eine nette Geste war. Der Außenbereich war außergewöhnlich mit Grillmöglichkeiten, vielen Liegestühlen und einer Reihe von Sonnenschirmen, die zu dieser Jahreszeit gebraucht wurden. Der Pool war tadellos sauber und wurde während unseres Aufenthalts zweimal gereinigt. Unsere Familie hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt und wir würden nicht zögern, in diese schöne Gegend zurückzukehren. Die Altstadt ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert, wenn man zum ersten Mal hier ist. Vielen Dank für einen erholsamen und angenehmen Urlaub. x
