Description
Facilities:
The holiday flat was completely renovated and refurnished in 2021. From November, the flat is now ready for rent and enchants with its new splendour.
Living area: The living area offers you a seating area with a generous sleeping function for 2 people. A dining table for 6 persons. A flat screen TV (satellite) and a Bluetooth box for entertainment. A small desk, for children to draw or for the businessman to read emails, is also available.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor bonnet microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tea maker and crockery for 12 people.
Bathroom: The bathroom is modern and comfortably equipped with a shower cubicle, bathroom furniture with LED mirror and a tall cabinet with full-length mirror, a hairdryer and towel heating. There is also a footstool for the sink for our younger guests.
Bedroom 1: A box spring bed with topper (total size 180cm), wardrobe, single full-length mirror. Enough space for a baby travel cot (baby travel cot can be provided if desired)
Bedroom 2: Two single box spring beds with topper (total size per bed 90cm) = The beds can also be pushed together to give a lying surface of 180cm. A wardrobe with small toys and books.
Other accessories: Bed linen and towels (for the appropriate number of people), ironing board, iron, rotary dryer, hoover, sparkling wine as a welcome gift, brochures around Goslar
Outside area:
In the backyard you will find a cosy, covered sitting area and a possibility to barbecue with an electric grill.
The sitting area is separate for the flat's sole use. However, other guests can also stay in the immediate vicinity, as the entrance to the other holiday home is also located there and these guests also have their own seating area there.
Special features:
The facade of the house is a listed building and shows the flair of the old town from the outside. In the flat we have tried to combine old, modern and luxurious.

Location and surroundings of object
In just a few minutes' walk you are in the middle of the market square. On the way there, you will discover great churches and sights that tell 1000 years of history. To pass the time, you will also find shopping facilities, a cinema, bars, restaurants and everything almost on your doorstep. The train station is only 10 minutes away (on foot).
The famous Kaiserpfalz is also only 500m away and easily accessible on foot.
For the hiking enthusiast, Goslar is the perfect starting point and offers many great hiking trails with lots of greenery and great views.

1. The guest can withdraw from the trip and the brokerage contract at any time before the trip begins. The crucial moment is when the notice of withdrawal reaches the lessor. It is recommended that the customer declare the withdrawal in writing. In the event of withdrawal, you are liable to compensate for the damages incurred: - From the day of booking confirmation by the lessor to the 91st day before the rental begins, no compensation is required. - From the 90th day to the 61st day before the rental begins, the amount of the deposit is due. - From the 60th day to the 15th day before the rental begins, 50% of the total price is due. - From the 14th day to the 8th day before the rental begins, 80% of the total price is due. If a withdrawal occurs less than eight days before the rental begins, the full travel price is due. The date of receipt of your withdrawal message is always applicable. Any amounts already paid will be accounted for. You can provide a substitute person to take over the contract under the mentioned conditions. Written notification is sufficient. 2. The rebooking of a booked and confirmed trip is only possible by withdrawing from the booked trip and simultaneously rebooking another trip. The lessor reserves the right to charge the customer a processing fee of up to 25.00 euros per person for the rebooking. 3. In the event of lockdowns caused by the coronavirus, the trip can be rebooked. If rebooking is not possible, the amount paid will be refunded.

There is no parking space in the courtyard. In front of the house it is possible to stop briefly to unload the suitcases. Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity. One street further on there is free parking for 3 hours. Otherwise, you can park in the entire old town from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for 0.50 €/hour
Location:
Goslar shows 1000 years of history and is full of sights in the immediate vicinity. The old town of Goslar and the former Rammelsberg ore mine on the southern outskirts of the town have been UNESCO World Heritage Sites since 1992 under the designation Rammelsberg mine and old town of Goslar.
You can explore Goslar on foot or by Bimmelbahn. The tourist centre is located in the middle of the market square (approx. 350m), from where you can book many activities.
There is also a lot to do outside of Goslar. An excursion to Hahnenklee, Brocken, Torfhaus, Bad Harzburg, Altenau,... offer not only great impressions for the hiker, but also many possibilities for the adrenaline junkie.
Goslar and its surroundings offer a great holiday at any time of year.

Recommended apartment
A beautiful, well-maintained apartment with plenty of space.
There is enough dishware and cutlery, so you can use the dishwasher very efficiently. I found it nice that some dishwasher tabs were provided, as well as cloths, sponges, dishwashing liquid, and kitchen paper in the kitchen, along with tealights and a lighter in the living room. We missed nothing. We (2 people) arrived by train and were able to easily reach the apartment on foot thanks to our light luggage for an extended weekend. Buses also run, but it's about an 8-minute walk from the apartment to the marketplace. We managed well without a car. On the day of arrival, we could store our luggage in lockers at the tourist information (hand luggage suitcase). It didn't cost anything; you only need a 1-euro deposit coin per locker.

Our names are Christina and Juri Kinas. We are married and have two children. Some time ago, a new passion sprouted in us. This passion is to renovate and redesign old houses and flats. Through our former self-employment in the handicraft sector, we realised this for our clientele for many years by building, renovating or beautifying bathrooms. Over time, the idea arose that we would now like to realise this for ourselves as well. In 2010, we acquired an old villa in Schieferweg in Goslar and began an extensive renovation that took several years. In December 2020, we acquired the house in Dedeleberstr. in Goslar Altstadt and also used the year 2021 for a complete renovation. After the extensive renovations, our holiday flats are ready for our guests and enchant with their charm.
