The modern villa is based near the famous Marina Rubicon. The mild climate in the Canary Islands immediately ensures the necessary relaxation. Follow nice excursions on the island and slide at one of the nearby restaurants for a delicious dinner. Supermarkets and boutiques can be found a short distance from the property.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a hot tub, a sauna (only 8 years and older) and a beautiful private swimming pool (all year round heated to 22ºC). If you want to increase the water temperature in the winter, this is possible on request and at a surcharge of € 100 per week. Enjoy your designer hammock or from the beautiful terrace of a real dream vacation on this Spanish speaking island.

A 'late checkout' (until 20:00) is possible on request and at a surcharge of € 75.
