Description

The name says it all – this villa is an architectural masterpiece and offers luxury at a high level. It impresses with modern amenities in unique design and a magnificent location with direct views of the canal in the southwest of Cape Coral.

The designer villa is furnished in sophisticated, timeless European design with attentive details. A large, open dream kitchen connects directly to the living area, which is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling sliding windows. This open room design perfectly connects the indoor and outdoor areas.

For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speakers). This allows you, among other things, to listen to your favorite home radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

You can access the extravagant pool with integrated whirlpool and water features directly from the living room – perfect for cooling off on hot days. The saltwater pool is electrically heatable and operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed to have no more irritated eyes.

Enjoy the fantastic view of the wide Skyline Canal. An outdoor kitchen invites you to extended BBQs with family and friends. On the canal there is a large sun deck where you can spend long hours in the sun and relax with a cocktail in hand.

Two kayaks are available for you to explore the area from the water.

In addition to the good house amenities, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach equipment for your excursions in the garage.

The house offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a guest WC, as well as an office and a garage. Also noteworthy is the first-class location of Villa Perfection. Within walking distance is Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations/pavilions, and a beautiful playground. Cape Harbour is also located nearby, the modern and beautifully designed marina with several restaurants, an ice cream parlor, evening live music, and much more. Always worth a visit! A supermarket (Publix) and some restaurants are also within walking distance. A boat rental is recommended! ! ! In Florida, no boating license is required to, for example, visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. You can find the boats to choose from directly on our website. In the booking, you can then directly select the boat you want.

With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house. Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hr. south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. You will find many shopping possibilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
