Welcome to the vacation home Schwalbenstadl. The house, a former farm, radiates a lot of peace and comfort. In the midst of a breathtaking view you come there to rest and yet very close to life. Beautiful outdoor area with seating. The ideal starting point for a wonderful hiking or skiing vacation. From here you can make the most beautiful mountain hikes. The beautiful Hochzeiger ski area can be reached in a few minutes by car or with the free ski bus
In the house, which is at your exclusive disposal, there are 2 apartments, which are furnished together for max. 8 persons. The apartments are rented only together. The fully furnished apartment with kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom (30 m2) is located on the ground floor.

The Schwalbenstadll is located in a small hamlet at 1200m altitude 2 km away from the mountain village Jerzens. You can reach the village in 3 min. by car or in a 20 min. hike. There you will find a good shopping possibility for the daily needs, several restaurants and also a doctor's office. The tourist office gives helpful tips for the vacation. Directly from the house a hiking trail leads to the great Öztaler Apenwelt with rustic gastronomic alpine pastures. Within a radius of a few kilometers is a diverse range of hikes of all degrees of difficulty.
