Description

In a few weeks our new house Villa Sole will be ready for occupancy!
It is a newly built vacation home with panoramic pool in a dream location near the village of Cinigiano.
It has 4 double rooms, each with its own shower room.
Two more people can be accommodated in a separate adjoining room on a double sofa bed.

At the house there is a beautiful furnished porticato for meals and cozy stay - panorama included!

The beautiful panoramic pool with step access (11x6m) will be filled from the beginning of May and will be ready for guests in June already with pleasant temperatures.
Also by the pool there is a shaded gazebo and sun loungers.

Next to the house is another round pavilion with seating area and brick barbecue.
For cars there is a carport for 3 parking spaces.

First floor: access via large furnished porticato.
Large open living room with dining area, upholstered furniture, open fireplace, SAT-TV
open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, American fridge,

From the living room access to four double bedrooms, each with its own shower room.
One of the bathrooms is handicapped accessible.
All bedrooms have ground level access to the garden or terrace and porticato.
In each bedroom is SAT TV with flat screen TV.
In an adjoining room there are two more sleeping places on a double bed sofa (extra charge)
All rooms have air conditioning.

From the season 2023 there is another bedroom (double room with bathroom) on the upper floor,
which is accessible via a spiral staircase in the living room.
