Description

The thatched-roof house in the Dünenresidenz is designed for 6 people + 1 infant up to 4 years of age free of charge. It is located directly behind the dune in the Baltic seaside resort of Karlshagen on Usedom, only a few metres from the Baltic Sea with its fine sandy beach.
The holiday home has a living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms (bathtub/WC, shower/WC), terrace, parking space at the house, barbecue area.
You have to bring the linen package (bed linen and towels).
If you wish, you can also rent the linen package, for 18,00 € per person.
Please order the linen 1 week before arrival, see booking confirmation.

Upper floor: 1 bedroom with futon bed (1 mattress / 1.40 m wide), can be darkened

Please bring your own linen package (bed linen + towels) or rent it for 18,00 €/person
High chair is on site and free of charge.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel from the day of booking, we charge 5% of the rental price. If you cancel 56 days before the rental start, we charge 20% of the rental price. If you cancel 28 days before the rental start, we charge 40% of the rental price. If you cancel 14 days before the rental start, we charge 80% of the rental price. After that, the full total price is due if the booked service can no longer be sold.

Karlshagen - an ideal starting point for many excursions and cycling tours to the scenic beauties of the island.
The Karlshagen harbour provides an interesting insight into the maritime life of the coastal inhabitants. From here you can take boat trips to the island of Ruden, the island of Oie or into the Achterwasser.
