Description
The house has 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and can accommodate 4 adults. There is a double bed 1,8x2m and two single beds 0,8x2m each
The kitchen is fully equipped and a large SIEMENS fridge with a larger freezer compartment are also available. Beside a normal WMF coffee machine, a capsule machine, there is also a SENSEO machine, water boiler, egg boiler, hair dryer, personal scale, etc.. Of course there is also a dishwasher and an oven. A Thermomix copy is also available. A flat screen with SAT-TV. 2 relax chairs in the conservatory, a dining group of 4 in the conservatory, a seating group of 4 in the shade under the plane trees and a rattan seating group in the garden complete the relaxation offer. The garden is completely surrounded by a privet hedge.
In both the conservatory and the living room you will find a new fireplace cassette for cosy evenings with red wine.
You can store your bikes in the garden shed outside.

Modernised in 2018, this detached holiday home is located in Julianadorp, 800m behind the dunes, in the very quiet bungalow park "Yperhof" . The ideal location for your wonderful beach holiday!
In 2014, the beach of Julianadorp was voted the "most beautiful beach of Noord-Holland"!
In and around Julianadorp there are many amusement parks, swimming pools, golf parks, museums, restaurants and zoos. Not to mention the wonderful nature, where you will find many places to visit.

Beautiful time

Beautiful holiday home
We were able to spend 2 beautiful vacation weeks with our two dogs in this well-equipped accommodation. The large garden is high and privacy-fenced, which is very important for us as dog owners. A parking space is located directly at the house. From the vacation home, you can quickly reach the beach or go shopping; many attractions in the surrounding towns are accessible by car in just a few minutes. Communication with the landlord was good and friendly.

Vacation in Julianadorf

Summer vacation
We have now been to Julianadorp for the 7th time and each time to a different park. This park is centrally located if you want to go shopping or to the beach. The house left nothing to be desired. It was very clean. The property was completely fenced so that our little one could not run away. Contact with the owner was very nice from start to finish. Our questions were always answered very quickly. What I missed was a sun lounger and a storage option for the bikes. But this is just meant to be a suggestion.

Kommen bestimmt wieder.
Der große Garten ist hoch und blickdicht eingezäunt, was für uns als Hundesitzer sehr wichtig ist. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus.
Vom Ferienhaus aus kommt man schnell zum Strand oder zum Einkaufen, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der umliegenden Orte sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut und freundlich

Das Ferienhaus trägt mit dem geschmackvollen und gut ausgestatteten Ambiente sehr zu einem entspannenden Urlaubsaufenthalt bei.
Das Ferienhaus ist komplett umrandet und die Privatsphäre ist in dieser Ferienanlage gewährt.
Dünen und Strand sind gut erreichbar.
Auf Anfragen wurde von Herrn Ulmann, sehr schnell reagiert.
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus bestens weiterempfehlen und würden beim nächsten Nordseeurlaub uns erneut für dieses Objekt entscheiden.
Dieses Jahr war das Wetter besonders schön, 3 Wochen, kein Regen (tagsüber) einfach ein Traum.
Sicher werden wir wieder kommen.

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Garten war bestens ausgestattet und umzäunt. Für unseren Hund optimal.
Julianadorp ist ein kleiner Ort mit tollem Strand. Das Haus ist gut an die Supermärkte und Restaurants angebunden. Es gibt fußläufig die Möglichkeit beim Campingplatz Kanus zu leihen und andere Aktivitäten, wie bspw. Bowlen zu gehen.
Der einzige Nachteil war der Fußweg zum Strand, der ohne Fahrrad etwa 25 Minuten dauert.
Insgesamt aber ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ich kann es empfehlen.
Sehr nette Vermieter, die auch für Fragen egal ob zur Umgebung oder Unterkunft immer direkt helfen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle gerne wieder.??

Auch unsere Fellnasen waren willkommen und das ist für uns sehr wichtig.
Der Strand ist traumhaft schön und es gibt gute Restaurants im Umkreis.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.
Kann man nur weiterempfehlen ??
Die Vermieter haben freundlich und schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert.
Empfehle mit Fahrrädern die Gegend zu erkunden. War sehr entspannend.
Das StrandHuis ist topp ausgestattet in einer ruhigen Gegend und sehr gepflegt.
Der Garten ist groß und komplett eingezäunt als auch mit Sicht-und Windschutz versehen.
Die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten ,Grill, Kamin, Liegen, Loungemöbel laden bei schönem Wetter zum chillen ein.

Die Möbel schön, bequem und modern.
Wlan vorhanden, ist ja gerade für die Teenies lebenswichtig. Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und auch großzügig eingerichtet.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und würden die FeWo jederzeit wieder mieten!

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten, mit einem schönen großen Garten. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Der lange Strand und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar.
Die Vermieter immer erreichbar, haben im Vorfeld gute Tips gegeben. Buchung, Bezahlung alles lief reibungslos, vielen Dank!
