Brand new residence in Zastan. From the residence, all guests can use the private, wild path to the lake (approx. 100 m) or to the official public beach on the lake. From Zastan it is about 3 km to the famous seaside resorts of Miedzyzdroje or Miedzywodzie. The residence has 5 parking spaces for guests' cars, so it can be a nice place for family or business meetings. Some of the furniture in the house is made by famous Polish designers. The large number of bedrooms and bathrooms guarantee that up to 16 people can live comfortably at the same time. For a fee (PLN 1000/stay), guests can use two double kayaks and a 3-person rowing boat on site.

Very nice house in a quiet area by a lake. We were there with several families and felt very comfortable! Almost every bedroom has its own bathroom. For each semi-detached house, which was connected in the living room and via the winter garden, there is a double room on the ground floor and 3 double rooms on the upper floor. There are 2 kitchens... (they are equipped with everything you need for cozy cooking evenings) which is extremely practical when there are a large number of people! Lovingly self-made ceramics can be found everywhere in the house! The driveway takes a little getting used to...🙈 only accessible via a dirt road! We could reach the Baltic Sea on foot, but it took about 40 minutes, which wasn't a problem. Beautiful long beaches (you could swim even in October when the weather is good) are waiting... There are 2 kayaks and a rowing boat, which made it possible for us to have a nice day on the lake...The contact with the landlord was very pleasant! Anytime again, in a big family and only with a car...😉

Very nice house in a quiet area by a lake. We were there with several families and felt very comfortable! Almost every bedroom has its own bathroom. For each semi-detached house, which was connected in the living room and via the winter garden, there is a double room on the ground floor and 3 double rooms on the upper floor. There are 2 kitchens... (they are equipped with everything you need for cozy cooking evenings) which is extremely practical when there are a large number of people! Lovingly self-made ceramics can be found everywhere in the house! The driveway takes a little getting used to...🙈 only accessible via a dirt road! We could reach the Baltic Sea on foot, but it took about 40 minutes, which wasn't a problem. Beautiful long beaches (you could swim even in October when the weather is good) are waiting... There are 2 kayaks and a rowing boat, which made it possible for us to have a nice day on the lake...The contact with the landlord was very pleasant! Anytime again, in a big family and only with a car...😉

Very nice house in a quiet area by a lake. We were there with several families and felt very comfortable! Almost every bedroom has its own bathroom. For each semi-detached house, which was connected in the living room and via the winter garden, there is a double room on the ground floor and 3 double rooms on the upper floor. There are 2 kitchens... (they are equipped with everything you need for cozy cooking evenings) which is extremely practical when there are a large number of people! Lovingly self-made ceramics can be found everywhere in the house! The driveway takes a little getting used to...🙈 only accessible via a dirt road! We could reach the Baltic Sea on foot, but it took about 40 minutes, which wasn't a problem. Beautiful long beaches (you could swim even in October when the weather is good) are waiting... There are 2 kayaks and a rowing boat, which made it possible for us to have a nice day on the lake...The contact with the landlord was very pleasant! Anytime again, in a big family and only with a car...😉

Very nice house in a quiet area by a lake. We were there with several families and felt very comfortable! Almost every bedroom has its own bathroom. For each semi-detached house, which was connected in the living room and via the winter garden, there is a double room on the ground floor and 3 double rooms on the upper floor. There are 2 kitchens... (they are equipped with everything you need for cozy cooking evenings) which is extremely practical when there are a large number of people! Lovingly self-made ceramics can be found everywhere in the house! The driveway takes a little getting used to...🙈 only accessible via a dirt road! We could reach the Baltic Sea on foot, but it took about 40 minutes, which wasn't a problem. Beautiful long beaches (you could swim even in October when the weather is good) are waiting... There are 2 kayaks and a rowing boat, which made it possible for us to have a nice day on the lake...The contact with the landlord was very pleasant! Anytime again, in a big family and only with a car...😉
