The house offers 170 square meters of space for an exclusive and relaxing holiday for the whole family or friends.
On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with walk-in rain shower and
a living room with fireplace, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen
Additionally a furnished terrace.
Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) both with balcony, 1 bathroom with 2 washbasins, walk-in rain shower, WC and WD.
In each of the 4 bedrooms there is a LED flat screen monitor.
A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available on the upper floor.
We also have an ironing board and an iron ready for you.
WLAN free of charge.
The garden area also offers a lot of space for various sports activities and barbecues.

A very beautiful holiday home all around
All in all, the vacation was a very nice vacation. Both for adults and for our child! The spacious house offers a lot of space. We didn't miss anything, the equipment is great! Very modern furnishings...

Dream house
It was a great vacation. The house's facilities leave nothing to be desired. Everything was available. The garden was also great. The beach can be reached quickly and is also super nice. We are already planning our next vacation and will book the house again.

Beautiful holiday home
Newly built holiday home for up to 8 people, modern furnishings, 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. Only 3 min walk to the nearest shop with bread and rolls. To the beach and the resort with restaurants and shops 5 min by car. Quiet location on a country lane, 2 wooden bungalows next door. Large plot with lawn and a trampoline. Terrace with table, 8 chairs and barbecue, but no parasol. Windows without fly screens.
