From the large terrace (50 m2) of the flat, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner while enjoying unforgettable views. Or if you prefer, you can enjoy the views from any of the large windows of the Canarian balcony in the living room.
You can enjoy a spectacular sunset, with the island of La Palma sometimes visible on the horizon. Flat Mar y Teide consists of a spacious bedroom with two single beds, a complete bathroom and a living-dining room with kitchen and integrated Canarian balcony, where the rooms have high ceilings with wooden beams in the Canarian style that give it a homely touch.
All the rooms of the property have plenty of light, and have double glazed windows with double glazing. So, if it can be a bit chilly outside, inside the flat there is no cold or noise.
The flat is located in the upper part of a Canarian house, and is accessed by climbing some stairs and with independent access to it. The flat, its terrace and a canarian garden are for the private use of the guests of the flat.
Guests have access to WIFI, satellite TV, HIFI, books and games free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is situated in the municipality of "El Sauzal" where all services are available (coast for bathing, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, health centre, etc...), with quick access to the motorway and therefore to any part of the island. Tacoronte, a town with many shops and a good golf course, is only 5 minutes away by car.
The city of Puerto de la Cruz is only 10 minutes away and offers unlimited possibilities: beaches, entertainment, shopping, etc...
Tenerife is an ideal island for all kinds of activities, very much appreciated for its variety, with mountains for hiking, coastline for swimming in puddles or beaches, and all other leisure and entertainment activities. The climate in the area of El Sauzal is generally stable all year round, being an eternal spring (annual average of 20 degrees).
